That's great....except that the Dart GT has the 2.4L Tigershark N/A engine. :gabe:

They've been coming down on price, but $16k-17.5k would be fair with that mileage. The real price fall-off comes with an '04...first-year jitters and the glass rear-end/axle-hop issue scares a lot of people away. The jump up would be in '06 when they drop the 5.7L LS6 (Z06 Corvette) motor for the 6.0L LS2.

I talked about this in ChatBox yesterday: just cut Time Warner last month and have WOW 30mb internet service for $50/month. I'm sure the price will increase next year, but I'll take the functionality over loss of some cable channels...even if I have to switch ISPs. Will check out jetflicks...

Bumping this back up, as now the vinyl seat bottom is crack-a-lacking with the cold weather. Jim's Trim Shop (Thx, Eri-san!!) said it would be between $125 and $175 to redo the bottom bench seat, so that is now my baseline. Looking for any cloth/vinyl seats that I could bolt in or modify to get to work. Thanks!

Was going to say the same thing: most new cars are rolling appliances with a carefully thought-out design formula. That being said, the new car that tickles my fancy (and is a little bit off the beaten path) is the Ford Fiesta ST.

They were demo'ing this thing at the Apple store in NYC last week. I thought this looked really cool, but after a few minutes of playing (under the guidance of the demo dude) even the kids playing it got bored. I still think it's an amazing toy, and decently priced given the tech that's in it...but I'll wait for it to be further adopted by the market.
