  1. What if I only grow money, which I then take to market to buy beer? I can start to seed for Pinot Noir, if that's what you want me to bring to CR-Thanksgiving-in-Summer...
  2. Mmmm...your garden is making me hungry! Cookout? Delicious vegetable plates (soup, salsas, etc...), and I'll bring the beer.
  3. Anyone do power washing as a business on the board? My Mom-in-law needs her back pool patio blasted for an event this Tuesday. It's concrete,,,just dirty from the winter. PM me please!
  4. I've got one I never use... Had it for years. Don't do "precision" cutting/grinding anymore. Anything I do requires at least a 3" cutting blade.
  5. GM is sadface seeing all the Chrysler 300/Dodge Charger love...
  6. I made it to 0:58... :fuckyeah:
  7. I am disappoint. ...and hungry. I could go for a Lamborghini sammitch right about now!
  8. DING DING DING DING Come over, Phil...you'll see at least a half dozen auto-xxxers before they go over to Ackerman...
  9. Do you have a primary care doc? I would just ask them what urologist to go see. $400 and a frozen bag o' peas...
  10. http://www.columbuscarsandcoffee.net 8am to 12pm - Cup O'Joe, Lennox Town Center - Tell your friends! I'll be there this week.
  11. Love it. I made reference to the stick only because I knew the '93s and '94s had em...wasn't sure if it was even worth asking whether your '98 has one. Would totally be all over this clean beast if I could row my own gears. GLWS!
  12. Clay likes this idea. Until you have a "meteor shower" on the first hot day you go off-roading, and the stars start falling from the sky.................
  13. Max out your Roth IRA contributions for the year, either lump sum or regular payments. Are all of your other debts paid off except for the house? I personally continue to contribute to 529 plans, my 401(k), and cash investments...but I'm also paying down loans as well.
  14. What's the rust like? Were 1994 GC's the only one with a 5-speed manual?
  15. That's a really clean Ranger. GLWS!
  16. +1. :lolguy: I have to admit I thought the same thing when I saw "Detroit Drifting". Drifting events in Japan? Cities or "Initial D"-style mountain runs. Drifting events in the south? Nice, newer city parking lots, palm trees, even nicer cars at the inevitable car show nearby. Drifting event in Detroit? Shitty cars, even shittier weather, even shittier track conditions.
  17. HACHI ROKU DON'T CARE Look at that silly camber! The Hachi Roku doesn't give a shit.
  18. Quality intro! Welcome to C'bus and to the site! Come out to Cars and Coffee on Saturdays...you'll meet a lot of good guys as car-nutty as you are.
  19. I would just buy a 1-car, and a shed. Put as much stuff that rusts into the shed as you can, put the nicest car you have in the garage, and park everything else next to the garage or in front of it. Don't overlook throwing down some gravel/roadbase next to your garage so you can park a second car next to it...possibly build a car-port. That can be done on the cheap, such that you can delay the expense of a new garage for a few years.
  20. Once I started seeing stats, it's all TL;DR for me... GET WHAT YOU WANT IN THE BEGINNING Buying a house is like ANY sort of relationship: if you go in thinking "I'm going to change this", it'll likely never get done. I know that's oversimplified, but we can talk sometime about this further.
  21. When I lived in Naples, FL... it was a lot of the same thing: Tons of cars, tons of transplants. It's a different world than Ohio for sure. I could only hope for Cars and Coffee to get to that level. Best of luck out in AZ...Phoenix/Scottsdale has really blown up over the last 10 years since the last time i was out there!
