  1. I see that. Makes sense. I've never thought cables were a good barrier. I just thought that a biker slamming into a concrete wall at 100 MPH would produce different yet similar results (if that makes sense). Maybe after this they'll rethink the use of cables.
  2. All of the work was done down here locally. Lock it up. Sold. Thanks.
  3. That makes sense. Also, I was referring to those stating bikers hate them. I mean, I can see why, but if you're on a bike hitting cable or concrete would yield similar results at high speeds (say 100+ MPH) I would think.
  4. If a quarter fits inside the ring (as shown) it's a size 15.
  5. Not a rider and not trying to be a jerk, but would someone fair better smashing into concrete at high speeds?
  6. Meanwhile, in America... (Warning: far more graphic and inhumane than OP's pics.) Bet most people won't watch all of these all the way through. OP, glad you had a good time. Glad you got to help the local community and provide much needed food for the families you worked with. Glad you're back safe.
  7. Internet, Netflix for shows, and watch live sports online (multiple sites to do this on). That's how I get by. Obv doesn't help live news, but screw that anyway. All garbage. The sports site I use covers every sporting event in the world. Motorcycle racing including.
  8. "You're muslim aren't you?" "Yes...and proud" "You atheist..." "Ma'am, God bless you."
  9. Mmmm...clean car. GLWS. Nice to know the history on it too.
  10. Listen to Mitch. Getting sized is important. I got my Giant hybrid from Cyclist Connection. Great price since it was the previous years model. Great service (free lifetime adjustments. Take it in at the beginning of every season). Find what fits you. If you want to save money check out retagit.
  11. I gotta believe there is some correlation between the Heisman trophy winner/alleged best that year and their team being highly ranked, don't you guys?
  12. IF the comment is right: Either way, those poor kids.
  13. Could do without any fender emblems though. Especially that Thundercats looking one.
  14. 100% agree. The front end makes me feel the same way the C7 rear does. Not sure if like.
  15. This and this. I'd be surprised if he wins it. He has the ability to, just don't think he will unfortunately.
  16. It's all good. This has been entertaining. I hope I never see a bad run in with an LEO. Sucks some of you have had them when truly innocent.
  17. facepalm.jpg <---- See info to your left.
  18. Previous employer: Cheby dealership Reason for Leaving: Didn't get my way.
  19. I implied that the speed limit (55) or slightly over (60) on an extremely curvy/hilly road FEELS fast enough for me, so yes, I'm safer going the speed limit. I didn't think it was that hard to understand. lol Sorry you're jaded. I've never had a bad run in with an LEO. Also, I have friends both OSP and Lancaster or Columbus PD. All are cool as all get out and would rather NOT hassle someone as it creates more hassle for them usually. I understand not all are this way and there are DEFINITELY some that abuse their power. I've never seen it first hand though.
  20. You're right. When I'm going 55-60 in a 55 and pass an officer (which has happened) on 664 I'm not "safe". http://cache1.bdcdn.net/assets/images/book/large/9781/4114/9781411434721.jpg You're pretty dense. You'll fit in great with the rest of us stubborn fools. :lolguy:
  21. Hope that wasn't directed towards me. Not on a high horse. I said I've been caught and I've even gone to court once when I was accused falsely of "street racing" my 92 tercel from light to light on ONE Circleville "city" block. Got off scott free on that BS as I could prove I wasn't and had witness (that was a bystander I didn't know). When I speed and get caught though I pay the price. The end.
