A cash deal of $1.24 BILLION. What a fucking joke, they (Cedar Point) really need to lower ticket prices. If they have that much money laying around, there is no need for tickets to cost that much, especially when you can only ride a few rides per day. Waiting in line for over 2 hours to ride a 45 second ride, doesn't apeal to me, that's why I don't go anymore.

No prob... Do you have any 3.5mm to 2.5mm headphone adapters I can use for my VX8100? I bought one off of Ebay and it has 4 slots on the tip and the audio is kinda low when I play my MP3s. I just got a new phone recently because of a warranty issue so I have the latest software. Bill

Just what Anthony needs, a "Sexy" phone... lol Anyways, I work for Lucent and we build and test Cell phone systems for Verizon, Sprint and Cingular. Verizon and Sprint use the exact same technology and hardware, 3&4G CDMA with EVDO. Verizon as of right now is the best out there, best coverage. Sprint is getting there but their problem is the way they set the cell sites up, antenna placement/direction. In about a year or so, Cingular will gain a ALOT more market share. Lately, we have been slammed with Cingular orders. The latest Cingular technology is similar to regular CDMA, but with a twist, more bandwidth.

Nice car for sure, but I would never pay more than $500 over invoice for that car or any other car.

$4k is a lot for a college student making only $600/month. I'd say about $2,500-3,000 max. Don't forget about car insurance = ALOT for your age. You want to also have fun too don't ya? Too many people get financially strapped and that's how they get into trouble with their credit. Don't get over your head with loans and bills, save at least 5% of what you earn. My credit score is just about perfect, can't get any better, so I must be doing something right!

It's not like it hasn't been posted anywhere... After COFBA got burnt last fall, if we didn't have at least 60 paid people, we had to call it off. I've heard from so many people that they were waiting to see if it would happen before they would sign up and pay. By doing that, it pretty much killed the event for everyone. We had to let Norwalk know 1 week before if we were going to show or not. If we cancelled 1 - 6 days before the event, COFBA would have been charged a cancellation fee. Hopefully the fall CR rental will go better, so start recruiting people now!!!

I also had a great time! A little rough at first but the lines got short real quick after 30-45 minutes. My best time after tweaking the tranny settings in my 06 Silverado was 15.2 @ 90MPH, not too bad for a 5,000lb truck, plus it's 100% stock with about 1,500 miles. I didn't get one of my last time slips, I raced a late 80's early 90's Mustang, I think it was white with a bunch of stickers on it. It was within the first 20 minutes of opening up both lanes, around 3:05-3:20pm. Anyone know who that was? Bill

A little late posting this but I did a 15.41 @ 88.22MPH in my 2006 Silverado Crew Cab. Not too bad for a completely stock truck weighing a tad over 5,000 lbs.
