I think the biggest question mark was whether or not his nephew was actually involved. He definitely isn't the brightest bulb and I didn't really hear much of a confession, he even said to his mom on the phone that he guessed what they wanted to hear. It does seem suspect that he did this during a trial where he was going to get paid. It makes no sense at all. The car in the yard makes no sense when there is a crusher right next to it. The blood vile makes no sense. The police involved in the search makes no sense, especially the key. The plate check 2 days before being reported missing makes no sense. The ex and roommate not ever being suspects makes no sense. I think the entire investigation was focused on Avery, probably for good reason, but I know I couldn't sit in that courtroom and say without a reasonable doubt that he did it.

This is the exact reason I didn't want Tortarella in Columbus. He's going to push the all skilled players out. We've waited 15 years for a #1 center in Columbus and this crazy midget is going to push him out...right into Vancouver's waiting arms. I hope I'm wrong about Torts, but most centers with his skill, size, stride all look like they are low effort. Joe Thornton, Jeff Carter, Ryan Getzlaf, all have the same look to them.

Foligno and Bob? They aren't trading there newly appointed captain and I'm pretty sure no one in the league would take Bob and his contract if this is how he's going to play. IMO, Tyutin needs to go, JMFJ needs to go, Connauton needs to go. There just isn't anyone to replace them with on the trade market. None of them really have any positive trade value. I'd love to send one of them and a good prospect to Florida for a Kulikov or Gudbranson.

I was honestly hoping for anyone other than Tortorella. I don't think any good will come out of this. I don't think Johansen (probably Milano and Rychel as well) is going to take well to Torts and his coaching style. He's going to end up pushing Johansen off the team just like he did to Marian Gaborik in NY. I just don't think his style relates well to newer players.

I play often at the Battelle Metro park since it's near my house. There are always games going on at Blendon Woods normally, as long as the ice is frozen. The metro parks normally post on Facebook when the ice skating ponds are open or you can call and ask yourself.

Play hockey, go on vacation, indoor batting cages, indoor shooting ranges, snowboarding, ice skating.

That'd literally take around 10-12 hours. Searching parts catalogs, typing into Toyota to check availability, typing to see price, typing into spreadsheet. I have no problem checking for things that you'd like to get though.

This! When I was divorced it specifically had to be written schedule and child support information. Were they married when the had the child? If not, then she has all the custody she wants until he goes to court (if I remember correctly). They need to do some research if they can't afford a lawyer. I know at the Franklin County Municipal Courts they have a library and a lot of time have a lawyer on duty that can give them insight.

That car was an AE71 which means it came with the manual rack and 4A steering components, not an AW11 rack/AE86 subframe/etc. It's a stock steering setup for the 4AC vehicles AE71.

I was going to buy it just for the steering column and part the rest of the car out. He said he had sold the steering components already. I assume they aren't there?

My mom battled breast cancer on/off for 19 years, ultimately losing her life in the end. It was 7 years ago and it still hurts. Not a day goes by that I wish she could be here watching my son grow up. Just encourage her and make her know she's not doing this for herself. Let her know how much she means to your family and tell her I love you every time you see her, end every phone call with I love you. Help her anyway possible b/c chemo can take a huge draw. Cherish the time with her doing things you have always put off. It's not a death sentence, but you never know.
