go to the bmv website and type in the vin -
its been sitting for at leaste 4 years that I know of. did a title check and its not stolen that I can see. Owner of record does not live at the address listed. where would I go who do I call to get the ball rolling on something like this

my buddy scott gaskin has a 4wd ford powerstroke with a 5 stage controller and 4 inch exhuast on it. on setting 1 it'll do a burn out towing a 30ft camper. its his daily driver towing a work trailer, no complaints or trouble so far.
