    I've run cutters and aftermarket lowering springs if they don't make a spring (like for my vision) cutting is all you can do if the aftermarket springs are availiable get them and as mentioned above if your suspension is old or worn its going to need to some work at the same time

    60 is on the low end of the spec it should be closer to 66 put a fuel pump in it if its making 59.5 it won't start

    if you have a chrysler minivan built from 95-00 (the ones with the shock tower rustout problem) dorman now makes the rivet on caps previously only availiable through chrysler if you have a pt cruiser Dorman also makes a replacement watts link also formerly dealer only you should be able to get these at any autoparts store that carries dorman
