If price had been negotiated lower then the original cost of vehicle he might be tryin to cover up a mistake and purposely tryin to chase you off.

When i was 16 i was driving a truck and slid off the road hit a mailbox that was a 12 foot section of metal telephone pole filled with concrete. I knocked the mailbox off but the pole didnt move. I later found out that i could have sued cause a mailbox pole has to give way in the event of a accident. So im thinking extremely hardcore steel mailbox mounted to a couple car springs welded together should do the trick.

The accident was a stop light a guy ran in columbus i was in a box truck and ran over the front of his honda civic smashed the radiator into the ground and the engine was partially in the road. Was considered a no fault violation cause the only witness i was his boss and they could not use his statement for some reason or another. A lot of gap varies on what they will pay. Our dealerships gap is up to 150% of suggested replacement value. And all gap will be different. If you salespeople told you that it would cover all and they are still telling you that. Then i would definately make and issue of it with them or the finance company that they are selling gap for.

Yeah i sell those paint protectants on a daily basis for my dealership. The warranty is the part that is worth it.
