I will try to catch my neighbor this weekend. I races lawn mowers and might know someone that would be interested if he isn't.

^^^That place is completely illegal and will get your vehicle impounded. Wal-Mart security will call the cops on you. I know a lot of people that have been busted over the years there. Just a warning

Here is OSU police department's mine resistant vehicle they got last year. http://thelantern.com/2013/09/ohio-state-university-police-bring-in-military-vehicle/ I live in Blendon Township, which employ's 4 full time police officers and 3 part time. They got 21 5.56 rifles. LOL Good to know they are well stocked.

Do you ever feel like Law enforcement in this state.....
BloodRed replied to Geeto67's topic in Passing Lane
Also police stepped up things as we are getting close to the holiday and end of the month -
Yes, I live in Westerville. Once I get the quote from Atlas, I will be calling around to comparison shop. As I said, furnace was 19 years old and we knew it would need to be replaced, so just going to bite the bullet and replace it. We are planning to sell and move out of state in the next 5-7 years, and we knew this would be an item needing to be replaced before we sell our house.

Well after 2 different trips and 2 different techs, they think my circuit board is bad, but they also found cracks in the heat exchanger and now are recommending replacement. Unit is 19 years old and we knew it would need replacing at some point. Atlas is coming out tomorrow to give us a quote, but if anyone else is in the business I would be willing to take another quote.

So started having a occasional issue with my furnace, American Standard Freedom 80 Series. Furnace will kick on run the heat cycle, and after done, jets will turn off but blower will continue to run for 3-5 minutes before shutting off. When the issue comes up is the blower won't shut off and will continue to run. This will prevent the next heat cycle from happening. For the diagnostics's code I will get 5 flashes when the blower won't shut off, which comes up as: Flame sensed when no flame should be present. I really have no clue about this. I have a service contract with Atlas, but would like to avoid having them come out if it is something simple. Like I said this doesn't happen all the time. When it does, I just shut the furnace off at the circuit breaker and then flip it back on and it seems to rest. Will run fine for a day or 2 than have this issue again. Any ideas?

I have been looking for a soft top for my 2-door JK, not much luck. But for the JKU, tons of them out there. Seen many factory tops with all hardware on Craigslists for very cheap . Also a lot of sale on a coupe JK forms I am on.

If everyone else gets one, then I don't have to worry about getting the flu shot or catching the flu. LOL

In the past flashback at the end of the episode, the man that threw Terminius Mary back into the train car was the same man with tattoos on his face that Glen let out of the shipping container in present time that was then attacked by a walker.

The unofficial scar, x-ray, and whatever else thread
BloodRed replied to DKilbourne's topic in Dumpster
I would love to dig up the old x-rays and surgery photos after my accident when I was 16. Thankfully I haven't had to have any recent x-rays of the work they did on my hip since then. But still have a 15 inch scar down my side from when they did the surgery. -

If you were buying a truck soon which one would you be interested in?
BloodRed replied to Got-Boost?'s topic in Passing Lane
I will say I am bias since I own a 2009 Ram 1500, but go with the Ram. Loved mine since the day I got it. It may not be the flashiest thing out there, but it is a truck and gets the job done. I have the 5.7 Hemi and it is a 4x4 model, and on long trips, I can easily get 23-24 mpg with 5 passengers and the truck bed loaded with luggage. Can only imagine what the diesel model can get with that 8 speed transmission. -
Yes! I can finally afford one. $15K was just holding me back

Eh, not the best area, but far from the worst area.

Shortly after they installed those cable barriers on 270 south of Tuttle, I saw a yellow Ford Focus go right through them and still ended up on the other side of 270. I figure if they can't stop a Focus, how are they going to stop anything bigger?

I liked have liked the looks of these things and have heard they are very fun little cars. Congrats!

Good luck. Wife and I have started making our plans as well to sell and move out of Ohio. Just need to get away from all the crap we have been dealing with on both sides of our families.

I just use the cheap stuff every couple years. Don't waste your money on the Rustoluem stuff. Neighbor put that stuff down on his drive way the same day I did 2 years ago and it looks the same as mine does now. Process is dead simple.

I had an Ash tree cut down a few years ago that probably had EAB. Been using it since then for fire wood. Good wood to age and burn so if people don't show up I will take it.
-
Yeah that is pretty much what they did for us too. But they cut the trunk sections into about 1.5-2 foot sections. Which works great for my fire pit.
-
Is AEP cutting it down or did you get a notice from AEP requesting that you cut it down? We recently had AEP come through our neighborhood for trimming and they had to top an old pine tree in the back of my yard. They left most of the trunk wood beside the tree. All the branches and such the put through a wood chipper. My guess they left the wood since my fire pit and stack of wood was near. Anyway, if AEP is cutting it down, they will dispose of most of it.

the 3.7L is a major dog. Very under powered for just about anything. I would not recommend it.

You have to get rid of the food source. They eat grubs, so you need to get grub treatments and start putting it on your lawn. Until you do that you are just putting a band-aid on this issue by killing the moles.
