Here is the deal, if you want more money you have to make your value more than it currently is. If you leave your value goes up. I have hopped around quite a bit and in the last four years have doubled my salary. Lately it has been more like 5-8% per year but it was 15-20 for a while there. If you have something to go to, you can demand more money to stay, if they don't pay you are still good with the new job.

Mount it on the left side of a 4x6 post. You have to watch what/how you put that thing out there, if a snowplow accidentally hits it and breaks the plow off it will cost you big. depends on what the problem is. My dad (hydrologist) says many differnet things can cause the water clarity to be poor. Lack of O2 can cause the algae growth to increase. Nitrates can as well, go buy an aquarium test kit and test for nitrites and nitrates. If you have a high nitrate count you need more plants to suck them up. mussels filter water, dont put in zebra mussels

I have a 50" RCA DLP and love it. The thing you need to remember is that standard def channels/reception blows on a HD TV (by comparison with the HD signal). The bigger, the more noticeable. So if you are buying it cuz you gotta see the buckeyes in HD you will probably be unhappy 6 days of the week.

$7400 is a little steep for a Thing. I would take extra care looking at the body and motor, for that kind of money it should be original with no repairs. You can find them for much less out west.

They have a heater but you need to put a booster in if you want actual warmth in the winter. JC Whitney sells them. They are really cool cars, they came out of the war as Kublewagens and the design stuck around for a while. Very simple engines to work on, but you have to pull the engine to work on it. The nice thing is they are easy to pull. Check out Rocky Mountain Motorworks or Mid America for parts, pretty cheap to fix. Check under the car for rust, and the tops of the shock towers in front. If you can open/close the doors and they don't fall down as they open the body is probably in good shape. How much they want for it?

I went to IHRA World Nationals yesterday, there were plenty of NHRA racers there, Hillary Will, JR Todd etc... Mostly testing for Indy but they all said they loved the track. Track prep was AMAZING, things you will never see at trails. Two Jets (track dryers), two tractors with drag bars and sweepsters, the use of ROSIN and VHT, basic maintenance after each class and someone checking the track after each run. The track hooked very well, Hillary said it was some of the best times she has ever laid down. Tuesday they will make the announcement about NHRA's plans. The Spring Nationals (or whatever they are called) is NO LONGER at National Trails, they have officially lost the event.
