  1. I fly around 200,000 miles per year. Not all airlines are within a few dollars of each other. The ITIN that the OP wants is $192 on United and over $600 on Delta. Doing the right search, in the right way, can save. Alternate airports can help as well, especially in the case where you don't want the departure times available. CMH - BWI isn't as poplular a route as CMH - MCO because competition on that route is greater than to BWI. Yes, most of the search engines will be the same for the same flight, but we are branching out to locate different flights.
  2. One last thing to try is book a one way either down on Airtran, or back. And the other leg on a mainline carrier with more routes.
  3. Bereavement fares went away years ago, too many people claiming bereavement. Looks like if you are flexible you can get a $192 ticket DAY - MCO on United. Departs on thursday at either 6am or 1030am and returns on sunday at 520pm. You will be driving from dayton late, but that's how it goes when you have to book this close to travel dates. Seems like everything going to CMH that sunday is pricey. Dayton isn't a bad airport to operate out of.
  4. The airline has the best rate, go to Kayak and find the flight you want and book it on the airline. The only way you save booking online is multi-airline itins. Are you going CMH - MCO? What dates of travel? Have you looked at AirTran?
  5. did they ever work out the middle pistons over heating?
  6. I hate banks for mortgages, they always seem like they have never done this before.
  7. I like cars, and I constantly learn things on here. I don't like politics and usually don't take part in them. Also, I know that I can occasionally help out so I try.

    Regionals

I went to Fogo De Chao and ate meat until I was sweating it, had good wine, port, creme brulee. Later we went and had 4 or 5 pints of Guinness. That is my kind of track meet.

  13. My son really wants to see this movie, is it not coming to Columbus or has it left already?
  14. Yeah, baseball to the chest is a bad deal. You are never wrong to go to the Dr and have it checked out.
  15. Palo Alto Networks is looking for a pre-sales engineer in the Ohio area. Previous "start-up" experience is a huge plus. You need to know IP and some data security, and have like 8 years as an SE. If you fit this mold, email (scubaforlife@gmail.com) me your resume and I will get it into the hands of a recruiter.
  16. I still get to travel so I am doing my part. I tend to eat at nice places and stay at good hotels. When I throw events I can negotiate crazy good deals. If you want to have a convention of any size in Vegas, they practically throw hookers in with the deal.
  17. Can you watercool my 1970 VW?
  18. My company has slowed from 110% quarter over quarter growth, to about 90%. We posted a record profit year. Personally I have looked at things and setup exit strategies for all my recurring bills (no new cell phones to keep the contract ended, paid off my cars, refi mortgage, etc...) I have also setup my life to be more off-the-grid so I can keep my family fed (Garden, Chickens, plan on freezing/dehydrating/canning).
  19. I have never asked a question, where I was hoping for something. Hope the oil was changed. <-- Not a question.
  20. get one of those amish electric ones
  21. It isn't about the drive, I was just trying to get some interest in something in my town. It is a pride for your community, type of thing.
  22. Were you going 65 in a 45? If so, you got busted, man up.
  23. I just saw a story on the news about this, Connell Hardware is taking up a collection for the guy.
