Glad you got a response, I PMed "Mr. Wright" AFTER he asked me PM him a little over a month ago and never got a response, needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
But I have to ask, why couldn't you do the brake work and tranny drain yourself? Its just a drain and refill and pads/rotors are EZ, hell I'd have done it for CHEEP.
is it his kid to? you keep saying "my" daughter, but if he's the father of your daughter, then he should have every right to see her and she should have every right to see her grandparents. But if not, that's kinda weird and it does seem like the ex is just trying to get back with you. but i can see your point of having no family etc in town. I dunno. good luck
Mine was pretty good, steak and potatoes, and afterwards was good too, she's just not well gifted in that area, anyone care to teach her? lol
Joe, sounds like you've got a good one, lucky bastard. But I also think that's the difference between 20-22 years old and 27-28 year olds.
Sam if that's all he needs to run 10's why'd you build a motor and you're only running a 100shot? And can an LS1 really handle a 200 shot for any period of time?
I like both ideas, but only the latter of the two dates. As stated above, CDSM is having a norwalk track day May7th, and there's no point in going to norwalk twice in one week. So i voted for the sept/oct one, there's plenty of time for more mods/changes between may and sept.
Why not just sell it, and write up a bill of sale for like 2/25 and then show that to them, and if they ask why its still in your name same the guy who bought it hasn't registered it yet because it wasn't running or something.
how much you want for it?
I'd bargain with them, be like hey dick, i could've bought these from itunes for $.99 per song, and I downloaded 750songs, so I'll round up to $1000 and you can go fuck yourself.
I found an 2000 ls1 w/ ecu, wiring, accessories, auto trans, etc, w/ 83k on it for $2900 obo within a 2 hr drive, the guy said its still in the car, and could hear it run.
good deal? i might ask the guy if he'll sell without the trans.
Probably willl, have you guys found if the "crate, ready to run" motors are a good deal compared to buying a block, heads, etc, and assembling it myself?
Just curious.
