    Selling cores

you've gotta have your reciept which shows the core on it, i know because i just did this about a month ago.
  4. Yeah, I wasn't sure how it mounted to the floor, so we were going to put some cross bars there where the seat holes lined up to bolt it down, I'd love to pick up the seat plates to use as a measurement and base stuff off of. What seats have you used in your builds? I like the street performers or something similar. Definitely highbacks w/ side support, but not necessarily like the kirkey's, I think that might be hard to get in/out.
  5. Not really, but the frame is all welded up now, except we're trying to lower the x-bracing under the seats to effectively lower the seats around an inch, do you know if any of the seats would fit between the 4" tube and the seat brace on the outside, where the body mounts? I'm also doing a 10/12 point cage with the footbox protection as well as side door bars similar to the spec cars. I've saved a ton of pictures from other people on FFcobra and their cages, so we'll go off that. As long as I have the money right, I'll have no problem at least getting ot the May 7th track day. But I'm going to run in go-cart form and then I'll have to tear it back down, sandblast the frame and paint it and then get the body done and installed. I just want to get to a track to get a feel for the car, see if I need to fix/work anything out. Can I get it registered/inspected etc anytime during the year, or is Ohio like california where they only give out so many build titles or whatever per year, and I've got to wait until 2008 to get one now?
  6. sorry guys, didn't realize until today my box was full. Today is good, or tuesday afternoon, or anytime after that. call me, 614-595-5536, and leave a message if I dont answer please. thanks
  7. i've got some mint shape, looking for $50 for the lx ones, or $20 for the gt ones
  8. no change, i don't like the jingle. :grin2:
  9. I'll up for going, I'll take my dad's Cobra, but like I said today, I'm planning on attending the CDSM track day May 9th w/ mine. Just let me know and I should be able to attend whenever.
  10. I've got one of those, $5, you pull it. I need a front lower control arm bolt and nut off a foxbody mustang, they shouldn't charge you for it but I'll give you a few bucks for it for your time. Or just tell me if there is any foxes there and I'll get it myself, thanks
  11. Hey Dave, its coming along great, the lift is a godsend, thanks a million! I signed up for the May track day so I'm hoping to have it up and running by then! wish me luck
  12. They've got 245/45's all around, but honestly I'm not sure they are safe to drive on, I've just been using them to roll the car around the garage and I took it out once or twice with these tires, but they just spun whenver I got on it. They are the 94-95 gt wheels, like tri-spokes or whatever, good shape. Located off 71 & 5th. $200 obo
  13. +1, most GTPs do have KR stock. I had mine scanned right after the pulley install and I had 3-5degrees I think from like 65+, it got bad around 90mph i think. And I always ran 94, but all it takes is one tank of bad gas or something, but in an instant you can cause a whole lotta pain.
  14. Just buy the regular SC oil, and get a turkey baster and hold your nose, that shit stinks! I agree with buck, don't drop a pulley size before other mods, I did a 3.4 pulley, FWI, plugs, t-stat and a ubend delete all at the same time before I knew anything about GTP's and chipped 2 pistons shortly thereafter, fucking sucked donkey balls. DON'T DO IT.

  16. Sweet guys, 9:45 gives me a little more time, are we meeting at the entrance or just walking around until we think we find each other? I'd say meet at the entrance, unless its really crowded, just meet at the bar, upstairs or down. But you guys have my number so if you don't see me by 10, call me, haha.
  17. again thanks for the help rob, called and asked him a few questions and I'm picking it up tonight! holley 650 vac second, manual choke, square bore, finally I've got luck!
  18. haha, i'll race you in daytona!!! i rule at the drifting!!! I'm down joe, 9pm should work, I turned 21 on monday so I'll have a drink! woot! my cell is 614-595-5536, call me if this doesn't happen, oh, and its easton gameworks right? Matt
  19. Thanks Rob, the guy says it needs rebuilt and that's why its so cheap, anything I should ask or look for? How much you want to rebuild it?
  20. Ok, I've got a 302 w/ edelbrock carb manifold and looking to buy a carb. A guy on craigslist is selling a holley 650 but he said it was on his malibu w/ edelbrock intake. So are the flanges or anything different that would make it not work on my car? If so, is there anyway to make it work? Thanks If anyone knows someone selling a 600-750 carb for a sbf, please let me know.
  21. I'm actually planning on running 3 3/8 for the speedo/tach and 2 1/16 for the rest. And then an external shift lite in the center of the steering wheel. I do have a hole saw, but I don't even have a dash yet, lol. That's another thing I've got to buy, best deal I've found for a blank one is ffmetal.com Yeah, I've got my dad's to base my build off of, but the guy who built it cut corners and didn't do it how I appreciate, so we're going through it and updating/refreshing basically the entire thing. Plus on mine I'm adding the feet safety bars, as well as probably a spec series bar/cage and side bars. Are you building an mkiii now? What's your number/address again and I'll drop by this weekend if you're free. I'm off saturday and sunday. Thanks Matt
