This is the 5 pt powder coated bolt in. It has the optional swing out bar and removable crossbar. I would like to find someone that has the same color carpet so that we could swap carpet. It is a major pain cutting the carpet to fit the bar. My carpet is in great shape. This would save the buyer alot of work. The reason I want to swap is the new bar wont penetrate my carpet in the same place. This bar is 840$ to replace delivered. I will deliver to the C-bus area for 500$ would also entertain installing it for an additional fee. Seal the door when done, this mod has been done thousands of times without issue. I paid 170$ for the bearing when I did it. Very easy job if you have the socket. Search on summit under moser. I found them for like $80 or 90$ when I was searching for axles last year.

Tore the engine down the cylinder wall scars only feel to be .003 to .005 deep so it will clean up easily. The bearings on the crank are like brand new, I was glad to see that. The cam bearings show quite a bit of wear though??? One of the pistons was scuffed pretty bad on the skirt. One of the pistons had a peice of the blown spark plug from the fuel pump problem that beat the piston and head pretty badly. I would not think twice about putting six of those pistons back in. The the real nutcracker. I pulled the TOP ring off and squared it up in the bore and measured the gap .025 So then I pulled the BOTTOM ring and measured it .030??? So I look at it closer and I can see the word top stamped in the bottom ring!!!!! So I go the next piston and its the same thing. This dumass engine builder put the rings in the wrong groove.
