Ya the temp dropped about another 10 degree's as the night proggressed I had a 10 on motor in the bag.

At a 25% E85 ratio i calculated I needed to increase the fuel on the PE table 5%. that turned out to be very close. Left me at 12.4 A/F a little rich biut OK. next time ill run 50% e85 with a 10% increase in the PE table.

Started out OK I made the first pass was trying out a new tune and using 25% E85 so I took it easy i just wanted to log the A/F. Next pass I hammer it and run an 11.07 @ 123 with a 1.54 60'. Im racing in a 1/8 mile 7 second index class and I ran a 7.076@97 so I figure Im looking good. Next pass (last time trial before eliminations and My hood pops up and caves my windshield in. It didnt hurt the fenders or the T tops. The hood appears to be repairable but there a 2 billion microscopic pieces of glass in the front seat of my car.

I dont think that will stop it from pushing the gas pedal back up thought. Have you tested it? Do a burnout with traction control on and let us know. I will try it out after i put the street shoes back on. Im on the trailer for the dragway 42 action tonight. Come on up it will be cold and the cars will run fast as hell with this air

42 has the index classes along with the TnT friday. I raced the 7 sec index class (1/8 mile) two weeks ago it was fun. I already have my car on the trailer. I was going to race last night but got rained out. If a lot of people are going to marion i could go there I have never been there before.

I got 17 when I drove to columbus saturday. I get about 9 on a tank when i go to the track on it lol. I average 12 around the backroads where i live

it was limp mode it wasnt like it just pulled timing there was nobody home. Ill do it again and log it it was last year I should have a log of it as I was at the track when i pulled the fuse

I pulled the fuse on mine and it went into limp mode. I have a short of some sort with mine it will be off when i turn the car on and not come on when i hit the switch. I have had it then come on after i staged so i wanted to disable it. What i ended up doing was unplugging one of the wheel sensors that throws a code and disables the system but does not throw it into limp mode. I think you may be having a different issue maybe KR, torque management? hard to tell when there are no logs of the run.

Nice numbers Sam! I have the wolf setup with the swing out bars, it fit very nicely. I dont know how there Vette stuff is though. I have never been hassled for not having a license or a chassis certification. I think they see the gage and the jacket and overlook the rest.

First pass off of the trailer with my street tires. spun a little. spun hard the next pass so I switched to my ET drags. Funny thing is my best 60' was a 1.56 with Amy in the car LOL 60 1.595 330 4.637 1/8 7.178 mph 96.62 1000 9.385 1/4 11.249 mph 121.05 This was the third time I have been out this year and the car was off maybe it was the heat but i ran .2 tenth faster the other times and was trapping 123. I want to get the car in the tens on motor before i put the nitrous kit back on. this is the first time in 4 years the car has been off the bottle. the car is setup for nitrous so the converter is to tight and the gear to tall on motor. I'll pull the plugs and do a leakdown test tonight theres only 500 miles on the new engine so its still "tight". Ill probably go out and run the car tuesday or wedsnday at dragway 42.

The one I saw at a rental last year trapped over 120 mph. 11's should be pretty easy

Jason, Can't you get a 19" road race tire? It won't have a soft sidewall for racing but the compound would bite.

A most of the rentals at NRP that I have attended have it set up so one lane is for slicks and the other is for street tires. This tends to cause some grief when two street tire cars want to run heads up. I have seen where they remove the lane assignments for the last two hours and allow people to run in whatever lane they chose. This allows for a compromise, while not perfect nothing is. Discuss?
