I asked, they said no box truck

looking to borrow a 14 foot trailer. I have to pick up a car lift on wednesday. I thought my 10 foot trailer would do but the lift company said 14 foot minimum. I called U-Haul today and the largest they rent is 12 foot.

Is the back door blocked? Can I get myself and my family out safely? If the answer is the back door is blocked and I can't get my family out safely, I take the shot... then fire a few more times to make sure he's dead.

I meant to also ask, what amp electrical service does it need? 30 or 50?

2nd what engine and what kind of mileage does it get? Any mold or rust issues? If we buy it, it will be parked out back and I don't want to have mice getting into it and making nests everywhere.

fair enough. I have so much home automation at my house though that I normally have it always on me because my wife is always wanting the A/C turned up or down, or I need to check to cameras to see what my kids are doing, etc....

no idea what a mini-split is.... And the master is on the ground floor... we have a finished basement below it, so there is insultation, carpet padding, carpet, and drywall between us and the room below us

our dryer vent runs under our bedroom as well... not sure if that really has much merit. We do have insulation on 4 sides of the room... (2 sides are outside, we insulated the wall between our bedroom in the kitchen for sound deadening, and the other side is the on-suite and walkin closet which are both insulated as well)

I would agree except that it's the hottest by far in the winter as well... I checked to make sure we don't have any hot electronics running and honestly, in the bedroom, the only thing that's running, is we have an LED tv (low power and heat) my MacBook Pro, and my wife's iPad... everything else isn't turned on. Oh ya, and a ceiling fan is normally always running as well.

the A/C register blows hard... there's 2 in the master, 1 in the walkin and 1 in the on-suite.... all of them blow hard.

HVAC guys, I'm hoping you can help out. For some reason, the master bedroom is always hotter than any other room of the house. We have a cold air return in the room. Is there anything we can do to regulate the temperature better in that room besides just turn down the A/C farther which will then make the rest of the house cold?

LOL, I can't give you any advice on that front cause I'm kind of a dick and I have a very understanding wife. I value discounts over if she likes it... my response would be get a cover or learn to like it, but like I said, I'm a dick.
