I jail broke my iPad, that cyndia app just seems like a lot of themes to download... Where are all of the good apps? Also how can I test flash? What website?

It said it won't work on an iPad running 4.2 which is what I'm running. Can I revert back to an older os and then jailbreak?

did you read the article? at the end they were talking about North Korea feeling like US has abandoned their negotiations and are desperate to get things moving again... not that I'm saying it's right, but you have to see both sides in order to resolve conflicts like this.
