you might have to much red wire loom.
car looks great though
It adds 5 horsepower -
Seriously that is the part I am most torn about. It looks better than the black and I did not do all of the wires - just some. The best way is to re-wrap the wires smaller and hide them but I am not going to tackle that this year. If you mess up 1 connection it will take weeks to figure out which one!
Thanks for the compliments

I put some Hotchkis lowering springs on my T/A - I love the new stance. I cannot go any lower due to my headers / off road Y-pipe.

Also cleaned up the engine bay - I hope to make it out to some events this year and check out some of the other cars!

The guy in the Civic ended up getting 2 cars but allowed the F-body to spray - not a good idea. F-body driver "I have no 2nd gear" - uh huh.

plus 1
The camaro vs nova was the best one yet.
+1 - it was the best one I have seen
They should change the name of the show to "Sandbaggers" - I liked when the Camaro guy told his crew "I didn't even use the 2nd stage"

I want my 2:45 back....

I think we just need to test this. If only we had a twin turbo Z06 which had a driver willing to run 200 mph.....
And then we would need a top fuel dragster - too bad we don't have a NHRA drag team based out of central Ohio....
We can dream can't we?

1/4 tank
My was officially weighed at the CAT scales located at the TA Truck Stop at SR 158 & I-70.
Hell, it weighed 3340 with the 17s, stock hood, and stock battery. I've since replaced those with the WS6 hood, Welds, and Dyna-Batt. I dunno, I just drive it
I need the CAT scales at home - then I can be the Biggest Loser!

Mine came from the factory with the incomparable LS1 ;-)
(also a self destructing rear end)
The wheels are off of a 2000 WS6 and are very rare (< 200 sets reportedly)

It is better to be pissed off than to be pissed on....

Cool find - thanks Anthony

Is there any question?

I will just qoute a buddy of mine when he went to test drive it, along with an elise and a bunch of other cars. "I never thought that 400hp could be so slow"
LS2 powered GTOs are not slow - true story. They may "feel" slow because they are heavy and have a relatively soft suspension but they are not slow. I would like to know what your friend was comparing the GTO to?

Pontiac is considering a replacement in the lineup for a RWD performance vehicle, but does not have anything to announce yet, Hopson says.
*cough* Firebird *cough* :-)

Anyone know anyone that works on hot tubs? I know mine has a sensor that is bad but have NO idea which one or how to fix it. I will probably call Scioto Valley in the am just figured I would see if anyone had a good suggestion.

Am I the only one that noticed it has 327 miles and has already required service?? At a cost of $23K. I will give you that if you can afford this car then the maintenance is not a problem but come on!
-
For $70K, I'd be driving a C6 Z06, not an 11 year old car that will attract the wrong kind of crowd...

In the title of the pic it says "one drink policy" - lol.

I have seen several bonestock 98's go 13.3-13.5 with less than 500-miles and a P-plate. With 4.10's ONLY I have even seen a couple break consistent 12.8-12.9 with ZERO other mods. This is at Houston Raceway Park in about 85 degree heat.
Wow those are some great numbers for that car.

Most of these people are not making minimum wage here. I think a lot of you would be shocked to see what some of these workers make - even the "entry level" guys make more than what most of you would guess.
I did a loan for a guy who was about a 10 yr line worker for Delphi making 6 figures. I actually called to verify his title as "assembly line worker" because I did not believe it. I even asked - now is he a manager or something? Nope.

I saw a Saleen S281 dyno when my car was dyno'd. He had paid ~50K I believe for the supercharged Mustang but it only put down 307 RWHP. It was a great looking car though!

My hats off to this plant manager. Nice to see somebody taking it serious.

+1. It is nice to see someone trying something, anything, different. What they're doing now is not working.

I just cannot get over how good the pics are. There is something about putting NFL action shots to music - even if it was the Bengals it would still be cool.

how much can you normally bargain at a dealership?
