It will be a while - this thing is violent as is with the 6M and 4.10 gears. The rear is a bit whiny so I will probably have to have the rear redone.

Absolutely not. I was looking for a lower mileage stock car. Something about this one just sucked me in. When this thing is idling and it sets into a lope the whole car shakes. It is awesome . I cannot believe I was worried about t being "too big".

When I had my WS6 I ran my best time at Kilkare. I was only at 385 RWHP in my T/A so it was probably just me getting better.

You got it right though - oh so worth it. This thing turns heads like nomother car I have ever driven. Every red blooded male has to smile. It sounds so pissed off. Not too bad in the car as well which is surprising.

Guy that runs the shop that put it in said, depending on use, should last 30-40k. It has top of the line dual springs and titanium retainers. I may go ahead and do it this winter to be safe.

Well I was going to but 80 MpH in 87 degree heat with direct sun makes that less than comfortable. Stopped and put the top up and AC on

It's hell when you get "bit" huh? My work was suffering....all I could do was search for cars.

On a side note, I spoke to the guy who owns the shop that did the mods and tuned it before I booked my flight. He said it has more in it but he is very conservative on the tune. He said it was built to last. It also had an ATI under drive pulley.

No question it has more in it. I think if I put an intake on it and had Brian tune it we could see 500+. It is a blast as is.

Plans - 1" drop, Z28 replica wheels, stripes of some sort probably. Once I get bored with the power maybe I will get an intake and retune it for 500+

First of all, thanks for the support here - I never would have pulled the trigger without the advice. Found this gem in Atlanta - spent its whole life in Florida and Georgia. I know there will be hate on a convertible but it is perfect for how I will use it - plus I am old.
