  1. Price drop - 5500 - went on Craigslist this morning
  2. Can? Yes...will? Probably not. They cannot play conservative on offense like they did at PSU and should not be "cute" - run it right at them.
  3. Bosa was tired of the crap. I am willing to bet they gave Barrett a pain shot on the sideline for OT. Either way, his leadership was impressive for a Freshman in a hostile environment in the OT
  4. Man I wanted to come but my dog was acting up and I needed to take him to the vet.,.nive pics from a beautiful day
  5. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/10/26/umuta7y6.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/10/26/e9atytyd.jpg Some interior photos. Since I am listing it for him I Would love to hear feedback on the price -
  6. Listing this for my father. He retired last year and no longer needs 2 cars. Car has about 85,000 miles and has what we think is every option. Has Navigation, HID headlights, moonroof and power everything. Car is in good shape with a very clean interior. It does have rust behind each rear wheel which is common on these vehicles. Has a new battery and < 5k on tires - runs and drives great. We priced it for a quick sale I think? It is in Delaware, OH. 7. I think it is the other knee though? He had 2 surgeries on one knee - this is the other. Not sure that will make a difference?
  8. I literally laughed out loud at Millers post....it is brilliant in its simplicity
  9. Am I reading it right that you listed 8/24? That is not really that long ago - not long enough to delist and relist. The advice you are getting here is spot on. This is not a great location but the price is good for a starter home. Your realtor should be giving you all of this information.
  10. I should also say I am very familiar with this struggle. I am working through it now. My wife and I decided a while ago that we should only ever have one car payment. We can afford another one, we just decided that was not smart financially (one payment isn't either but I digress). Fast forward to me buying a pimp Suburban before my vacation in June to replace my existing one that, while rusting, was fine. My wife's Volvo was not paid off at the time so we went "off plan". Then my CTSv gets totalled - I faced the decision to take the settlement and payoff her car or buy a new toy. After much prayer and discussions with the wife I paid off her car which did not leave me with enough cash to buy what I want. I am saving now and will look for something in the Spring. I miss the toy terribly but think I will enjoy the next one more if I stick to our plan. My situation is a bit different though - I have a daughter in college and a junior in high school. We are trying to put both of them through school with no debt. It is hard to do when you did not save throughout your life for it
  11. Congrats Scott! No hate here either - just providing advice from my experience. Individual results may vary
  12. So why ask is to talk you out of it?
  13. Pay bills....a car cannot provide the freedom a life without debt can provide.
