your electric was poorly installed and undersized if you got only warm and it tripped the breaker. I've experienced both and there is little difference if they are properly installed and sized.

Many places use them now and they are great! There are a couple of ways they can help: 1) no need to keep a tank of water hot, you only heat what you use 2) save on piping. (Mostly for smaller homes) you only run cold water lines throughout the house and split it where you need hot water. Put multiple small tankless units under each sink and it supplies your hot from the incoming cold line. 3) they heat more efficiently since they use a heat exchanger design, less energy to heat the same volume of water. If you get a larger single unit, many places will now install them where you use the most hot water so the hot "arrives" faster. Since they are much smaller than a tank design, they can fit nearly anywhere.

Zane must have acknowledged there was an issue since he offered a refund. He shouldn't have offered it if he didn't intend on honoring it. I see it this way, If I sell a running but not drivable car, you tow it home and it won't run you are gonna want your money back. Same situation here. +1 My right foot empties the tank, especially after the mods. It still gets really good highway mileage though. Probably mid to upper 20's I bet but I've never checked as my foot doesn;t stay out of it long enough for me to get a good reading on miles per gallon.

I've always been told the original domain owner can recover the domain even if it has been reregistered but I don't know the process. I recovered one of my old domains after over 2 months when another domain reseller got it. I forgot to renew it but all I had to do was show I was the original owner and that I wanted it back, I paid the fee they paid to register it and it was put back into my name. Lesson learned there, put them on auto-renew.
