Things to mention:
It's cheap because I hate the mobo. Getting it to boot seems to be flakey, not sure it plays nice with the mSATA port or if my power brick is weak. Once it's running, it performs flawlessly and it seemed to boot better with a regular SATA drive but I'm tired of messing with it. No power supply is needed. It runs off of a dell laptop power brick which can easily be found.
For extra, I can include a 240gb mSATA ssd,a Habey ITX case and a dell power brick. I used this for an HTPC but since we have a PS3, x360 and Amazon Fire Stick, it rarely gets used so it's time to let it go.
Guess I'll keep it, lock it up
