  1. actual balance point, low speed / or constant speed wheelies, not yank it up and accelerate to keep the bike up.

  4. t5 tranny - i just had this in my car.. you can still use it, but 4th grinds, 1st and third have a slight grind, but really not to noticeable. would be great to get you back on the road for time beign, or a good one for a rebuild, or core. it is a World Class borg warner. $100 obo billet alternator bracket and tensioner for 289/302/351 motors... got it with the car, it was never on the car, just in a box. has directions with it $40 quad shocks same deal, they werent on the car, but in a box, look used, but in pretty good shape. $30 grant wood with black center, steering wheel and hub with mustang horn button $30 also i have some springs on the car, told they were BBK 2.5 inch lowering springs.. the car sits low, and id like it to be a tad higher. so id be interested in trading for some eibach pro kit springs or something of that nature with a 1.5 - 2.0 drop also i have stock upper and lower intake manifolds, ill be going fuel injected later, but will be going after market manifolds.. so take these home for $40

  6. anyone interested in trading.. what i have Long tubes, H pipe, and (dont know brand) mufflers with dumps looking to trade for shorty headers, h pipe, flowmaster 40 series with dumps or tails this is for 87-93 gt with manual tranny the exhaust has no leaks, and sounds good. i just hate long tubes. and i if i could just rid of the long tubes i would, but everythign is matched up for the longtubes meaning h pipe for the long tubes, and mufflers for the h pipe i can get pics if interested. i have pics of the mufflers and h pipe off the car.. but the long tubes i will have to take a pic on the car.

  8. not a bad turnout... good to see all.. and if i didnt say hi, sorry.. i really only know some of the old school guys, but feel free to come introduce yourself to me.. for id like to get to know some of the newer guys.. i havent been out to meets in a long while, and im trying to get back into the swing of things again. by the way.. good to see you howard... and damn havent seen Ricky in ages good to catch up with him as well.
  9. congrats... im in the same boat kinda.. just got done from putting the new tranny in, but while i was in there, i figured change the rear main, put a neww throw out bearing in, and inspected the pilot bearing (which was in great shape) looks like it will need a new oil pan gasket soon though.. ehh it can wait a little while. but on a good note, the tranny shifts amazing, and no grinding anymore for me

    and you can tell in the picture that he did wetsand.. in that area where the scratches were, the orange peel is no where near what it was compared to the surrounding areas

    depends how bad they are.. really light scratches can be taken out by a orbital and some polish.. heavier stuff, a rotary and wool pad and some buffing compund... follow wiht a polish now the really bad stuff wet sand with 1500, 2000, 2500, or 3000 depending on how bad it is.. and work your way up but dont work to much you only have so much clear to work with ...then buff with a rotary and buffing compound, and follow with a polish

  14. o could do it N/a..but on the block thats in there im jsut gonna do a simple setup for now, and then build a motor on the side to throw in later. this isnt a whats better to make 400rwhp thread.. its a what are your thoughts thread.. i know what it will take to make 400hp.. im jsut interested in everyones opinion.. i have had a few sprayed foxes and like nitrous alot, but im really considering the turbo route.

  17. this winterim gonna be taking all the carb stuff of the car, and going fuel injection along with some other goodies. so im stuck.. do i go heads with the b cam that i already have and a big shot of spray.. with a nice upper/lower intake setup and a tune or do i do a single turbo, but ill go with a gt40 upper/lower and stock heads with a tune, for now until the following winter and then buy heads and of course ill e doing all necessary fuel upgrades and what not. power goals.. around 400 rwhp
  18. oh and rob its probably around 2600 rpm at 65 mph
