what are you trying to do with it? I went through a couple of the maintenance free ones that were like 5hp max and 26 gals. once I got into heavy use of the garage, i.e. 10-15 hrs a week these things werent cutting it. I stepped up to the 80 gallon 2 stage husky compressor. takes up maybe a 36" square in the garage. I didnt mount it to the floor and it doesnt move around or try to walk away. I paid about 900 for it new from home depot but did it on 12/mo interest free finance.

hmm we had a CR meet at eagles and their taco pizza didnt do it for me.

There is actually a high vacancy rate among your typical apartment complexes and many of them are offering reduced rents right now. This is because of the amount of job loss, people cannot afford the market rents. The only complexes we are seeing low vacancy in is income restricted apartments where your income cannot exceed a restricted amount in order to qualify. Our company is actually struggling right now because the basis of our work is apartment research and the demand is just not there right now for people to need our services.
