75% of the 51% people who don't pay federal income tax are the elderly and working poor with children. Jealous?
The 40% of people that are "unwilling to work" includes children, stay at home moms, college students, the unemployed (searching for work), the chronically disabled and of course, the moochers.
Your implication that all of the above are moochers is just dumb.
TED tends to not to be a platform for 2nd amendment advocacy; and any/all accessories related therein.
He talked mostly about creating a mobile shop that could travel to high schools to teach kids the kinds of things many of us here wish we learned back then: Welding, metal fab, CNC, etc. I'm sure 3D printing has been added to the agenda since then.
In the sense that he wanted to encourage people who have intangible ideas in their head to turn them into real products; yes, he discussed projects like yours.
Just go to "Commission Work" and get a quote. Do you have CAD drawings already or do you need that too?

This.
If you know your way around basic code you can get a template from http://www.themeforest.net
I used to hard code, I now only use these templates. I used the "Builder" theme to make my site: http://www.kiosksolutions.biz (Though I don't use e-commerce).
The Columbus Idea Foundry was founded to do exactly what you are trying to do. It's like a startup incubator for entrepreneurs with a physical product they need to MFG.

So is it Shepherd vs. Switzer up in Wakeman or are they working together to make these crazy cars? If it's the latter, that's a lot of rivalry to be contained within 68 miles.
What ever happened to Buschur? Did he just give up?
If you or I were offered a position in which we would have to work exponentially harder for the same money for nothing more than an inflated title, we would laugh. It has nothing to to with the fiscal realities facing the business and the margins they manage. If his question was: "How can I get an employee to take on more responsibility without paying him more", your argument would be more relevant. If a company cannot maintain profitability while paying me what I am worth then it is outside my responsibility to fix the business model and I'll be taking my talents to South Beach. (Which is almost exactly what I did minus 800 miles, btw)
Greater than 9 out of 10 people are employed right now, the old trope of "you should be grateful just to have a job" should be reserved for fast food employees and recent graduates.
So you believe they may pay for his increased road time, larger territory and increased responsibility with a better title and a promise of "potential"?
If they even make that offer they already believe he is a chump and will take advantage of him at every turn.
This is an opportunity for him to see if they are promoting him because the value he brings vastly exceeds the value he creates, or if they think they can get a stooge they can manipulate into the position and not have to pay nearly what a national sales director would cost on the outside. -I know you've seen the latter scenario in your recruiting experience.
I've relatively recently trimmed my territory (and job title) by switching industries. It's all about the volume and margins on what you are moving. 3% of 10M widgets nationally should net you less than 25% of 3M widgets regionally.
All things being equal though, how is there even a question?
I think the difference is that the day after the OSU riots you wouldn't walk around the campus thinking "these people are ghetto fucking trash". You'd likely think exactly that if you walked through Crenshaw right now.
Don't get it twisted, I probably would too. I'm just as guilty of these biases as any other segregated suburban bred white male. If we are aware of the hypocrisies of our own biases we can challenge our own narrow perspectives.
I'm just glad white college students a few miles away from you would NEVER engage in that kind of "ghetto fucking trash" activity.
