  1. Or your dads aren't shaved.... Like hers.
  2. Those are some fairly awesome shots.
  3. Whoa... You might live in the exact apartment I used to live in at the Arbors... Crazy.
  4. I had about 35 inches packed onto my lower deck I just built. I did not build it to sustain that much weight so I had so shovel snow buried up to my waist. I should have snapped some photos. Snow Drifts ftl.
  5. I live in the area, Not too bad of a price at all for that.
  6. Perception and time does distort reality. CDSM, just like CR has a fringe sub-set of followers whom represent a small fraction of our members that don't necessarily share the mentality of the core members. Stereotyping CDSM as a haven for rice is akin to 10tv typecasting CR as a gang of reckless street racing hoodlums. The reality is that, whereas breaking into the low 12s was a big deal on CDSM when you were involved (Weaver, Pavo, Jeff, etc..), 11s hardly raises an eyebrow. CDSM has more 10 second cars now than it ever has before. I'm not pandering for your respect of our members, but I will hold you to the same expectation you have for the media to not stereotype and slander your members based on very limited information.
  7. By tomorrow, I meant today... Ill measure when I get home. I'm using it for a railing.
  8. Really? Was that necessary? When was the last time you attended one of our meets to assess our demographic?
  9. The house will be more than ready in 6 months, but I dont try to sell during the winter months. Ill put definitely put you on my open house invite list.
  10. The house was originally slated to be sold in the spring. With the market the way it is and my timeline in shambles, I'll probably hold on to it for another year and just avoid capital gains all together. 2 Car attached garage, the house is off Westerville Road.
  11. Ill have pictures up when it is done. The garage will actually get a little attention, it is already drywalled and insulated so a sealer and a coat of paint with some cabinetry that Ill build (not included in the house sale) should make it pop.
  12. I have a wet saw, I bet that diamond blade would work nicely. Ill let you know tomorrow which size I will need.
  13. Conveniently, I was just online shopping for this last night. How bout that. However... The sizes that you have are not exactly not what I need, Is is possible to cut this shit, I haven t researched that aspect.
  14. Holy S... I dont think I could get away with that crazy action on a Rehab. I prefer hardwood, but I'm a house snob.
  15. I have good rugs through-out. I had an interior designer pick out the furnishings, colors, etc, to make it feel warm despite the contemporary nature. +1 for the awesome floor... PS: This is about what it will look like if I go the hardwood route: http://img.hgtv.com/HGTV/2007/11/05/hdivd-1106-after-lounge_w609.jpg
  16. As some of you know, Im doing a full rehab of a bank owned property in Westerville. I'm marketing the house to a 25-35 y/o first time homeowner who would love to live in a 300k downtown loft but could never afford it. The home is a (now) very open floor plan with contemporary finishes and furnishings: Granite, porcelain tile, wood floors on the main living areas... The house will sell for 170k (max) when listed. The question: As a first time home owner, would you want carpet in, at least, one living area... or would you be impressed with hardwoods throughout? [i'm debating whether to put a hand-scraped hardwood in the lower living/family room. It would cost you suckers $8 s/f retail so even at cost it would be more expensive than a good carpet.] Cliffs: do you like carpet in your first house?
  17. Yes, You are referring to FDR's "New Deal" Programs of the 30s. From what I understand, Obama is in favor of such government funded programs as a means of economic and social reform. This is one of the big economic differences between him and Hillary. Hillary plans to socialize health care but I am extremely skeptical that the entire capitalistic enterprise of the American economic infrastructure can be manipulated to support it. It worked in Europe because they had a freakin Word War that reset everything to zero... If I we're left leaning, Big Government sided, which I tend not to be, I would favor Barack's FDR New Deal style big government over Hillary's "make it happen and hope the economy can sustain it".
  18. Where the Eff do you work that you can punch someone and still be employed??
  19. Holy shit... It's OK for you to make noise. Otherwise, we feel like we are fucking a ninja. PS: This article is entirely true.
  20. Back when I was poor and in college, I cracked a molar in half on a piercing. oops. I had the tooth capped to look like new there. It held up perfectly for over 5 years. I'm scheduled next week to get it redone at my real dentist as it the top is separating from my gum line and beginning to look trashy.
  21. Summer: Yoko Advan A046 Winter: Some Cheap Kumho all season.
  22. I used to "daily" (winter included) drive (when it wasnt broken) my 11.72 second 95 Talon. I now daily my 13 second Evo.
