  1. I use my laptop with a 24" monitor (although it is struggling to process the raw files). The color on my laptop LCD are no where near correct to print even after calibration. I think that it is because of the glossy "real life" screen.
  2. A friend of mine recently did that. Here is a photo of it (not taken by me) http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/Cupcakes.jpg
  3. I had the spider 3 pro. The monitors were as follows. 2408WFP Inspiron 1520 laptop screen 19" Dell 20" Dell Also I just printed some photos and the 24" monitor matches the prints. It is possible that I got a defective Spider. I did more research after I had issues and found that many people had issues with the Spider 3 pro and Dell monitors.
  4. I bought one of those last week. Tried calibrating 4 different monitors and all had a visible red tint to them. Bought an Xrite I1 Display Pro and it worked much better.
  5. It was supposed to be all of the above. He built a transmission for a dakota in Canada that is putting down 725RWHP and 629RWTQ (http://www.dakotart.com/forum/member.php?u=136) I think I paid 1500-1600 and that included having the converter rebuilt as well.
  6. I had to have mine (46RE trans) rebuilt after 36k miles. I had it rebuilt by Jims Performance Transmissions in Michigan.
  7. Thanks. I didn't look up prices for these. Just estimated what I might be willing to pay. I'll let you know if the other person doesn't buy them.
  8. Sold items removed. Also, Willing to make package deals.

  12. I get 4G coverage on Verizon at my house in Canal Winchester near Slate Run Metro Park
  13. Came home tonight and thought that I would crank it over before tearing it down again. It started. Let it run for a few minutes before shutting it off. started it again about 5 more times. Put the rest of the stuff back on. Will change the oil and bleed the radiator tomorrow. Thanks to who ever broke in today and fixed it since last night. Thanks to everyone who replied with helpful tips. Issue resolved. Root Cause: Not paying someone else more qualified
  14. I only spent about $75 for a water pump, tensioner pulley and timing belt.
  15. After realigning the marks (appeared to be off by 2 teeth, and not sure how it happened since neither moved that I saw between taking the old off and putting the new belt on) it started. I let it run for a few seconds and shut it off (valve cover was still off) Put everything back on (timing covers, valve covers, belts, etc.) now it won't start again. Done for the night. Will take the covers off again tomorrow and check it all again. Thanks again for the help
  16. Ok. Now I see the TDC marks on the Camshaft pulley and block. The lower cover is off, but the crank is past where the TDC mark is. So, to realign, do I just take off the timing belt and rotate the crank back to where it lines up. then reinstall the timing belt?
  17. I don't know the difference between an interference engine and a non interference one. There is no tach gauge. I redid the compression check with the throttle wide open. #1 - 85 #2 - 65 #3 - 115 #4 - 58 (the haynes manual says that the car should be at operating temp for this test but since it won't start, that can't be done). Also I'm not sure why the numbers on 2-4 went up (#3 is way up from before). #1 is about what it was in the first test. Also, here are the timing marks (#1 piston is at TDC) http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/Timing.jpg Lastly, here is a video it what it is doing: Cranking video
  18. Yes that is how I set the tensioner pulley (rotated the crank by hand in counterclockwise direction, checked timing marks, etc.)
