I am getting ready to install a wood burning stove. This will be connected to my existing fireplace (won't be used) chimney. Does anyone know where I can find 4 foot (or longer) sections of single wall black stove pipe? Thanks

I was preapproved for 160k through my credit union. After I put in an offer (which was accepted) on a foreclosure house for 90k, they declined to finance. A preapproval is not a guarantee to lend. So if you are looking at sheriff sale/foreclosure you might bring that up when getting preapproved.

I use Opera on my Thunderbolt. Some pages wont' load correctly unless I switch the rendering mode from mobile to desktop. or from desktop to mobile.

I have a heat pump with propane backup. The heat pump works great in til the temps fall below 32. Then the propane kicks in and I have the hot heat on cold days. I chose propane over electric backup because it should be less expensive overall. And the heat pump is dirt cheap to run. On another note, there appears to be a geothermal loop already installed. The previous owners took the furnace. Anybody know anyone who can test the loop?

I used an i1 Display Pro. Also, it appears that the prints match Adobe so that is good. I'm just more concerned that my photos are not right when I upload them to websites. at least not even close on my computer.

I recently update the Adobe Camera RAW on my laptop (windows 7) and I think I am having some color management issue. Monitor is calibrated. The issue I am having is that the colors that I see in Lightroom and Photoshop is not what I see in other applications such as Internet explorer, Firefox. Windows photoview isn't correct (and wasn't before that update). I was using a program called XnView to quickly review JPG files after exporting and now it isn't showing the same colors as the Adobe products. Anybody have any idea on what the issue may be? -Rich

I agree. I run my heat pump as long as possible before switching to propane. I just found out from the neighbor that there is natural gas available out here (however about 1200 feet from the house) and there is an approx 600 foot geothermal loop already installed. Anyone know about geothermal systems that can test the loop to find out more about it?

When I was hit by an uninsured, my insurance said to pay my deductible and they would pursue the other motorist and return the deductible if they were successful. They told me if I wanted to not pay it, I could sue them directly, but then they wouldn't pay anything. Needless to say, I didn't get my deductible back.
