  1. I had the same and they assigned a lower tax value than my purchase price.
  2. The county will owe you the refund if US Bank already paid the taxes. I got my refund check from the Fairfield county about 1-2 months after the letter. I had to wait a year before US Bank reestimated my escrow account to change my payment to reflect the lower taxes and for US Bank to issue me a refund from my escrow account.
  3. I think the deadline to file for reassessment is March 31st. Mine took 6-8 months to process and they sent a refund check for overpayment. I think you have the option of not paying the contested taxes, but if they don't find in your favor, you then owe pentalty and interest.
  4. Basically, There are about 8 horizontal tubes that are heated by the exhaust gases. A fan that is controlled by a thermostat turns on automatically and blows air through those tubes, which is heated, and then sent into the room. I think they claim about 30% heat recovery. There is an effect of reduced temperature of the chimney gas and reduced draft. It is possible that you will need to extend your chimney height after installing one. My chimney is about 18' tall and I have zero issues. The reclaimer is supposed to reduce your consumption of wood as you essentially get more heat per log. As for my wood burner and reclaimer, I set my house furnace fan to low and open a "cold" air return in the room of the wood burner and it is able to heat my 1700' sq ft upstairs without the propane furnace actually kicking on. I ended up getting charged a rental fee for my propane tank because I didn't use enough last year (after installing the wood burner).
  5. I installed a wood burner in my basement last winter and installed a heat reclaimer in the stove pipe. The reclaimer works awesome. I ended up running the stove pipe up the original fireplace chimney. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/NTESearch?storeId=6970&Ntt=heat%2Breclaimer http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/2011-12-22_153956.jpg
  6. Thanks for the help so far. I currently have power, but it is overhead and not sufficient for the planned equipment. I had my power company out and they recommended a separate disconnect box as being cheaper than adding another meter for the barn.
  7. I'm looking for an electrician that is capable of installing 2 disconnect boxes off my main feed at the meter so that I can power my barns. One will need to be a 200amp and the other can likely be just a 60amp. My electrician has flaked out. Any recommendations? Thanks, Rich
  8. I bought a Mathews Z7 compound bow a few years ago and now use it for hunting instead of the crossbow.
  9. Bump. I'll take $400 for the crossbow. I also have a soft case that is included. This bow is the 175lb version.
  10. AIM sight. Don't see a model number. Was on an AR 15 that I bought from another member. Has 4 different sights. Red. Adjustable brightness. $15 http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/AIMsight.jpg Excalibur Phoenix crossbow Includes: Scope Quiver (has bracket to mount quiver under bow as well as the custom over the scope bracket. 10 bolts 6 Wasp Boss broad heads, 2 Montec G5 broad heads 3 strings (2 are brand new) String changer Rope cocking aid Sling Asking $500 or make offer http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/Crossbow.jpg
  11. I got this from a friend. They told me it worked when they drained it and stopped using it (approx 6 years ago) What I know for sure. It looks to hold 6 people and is 7' square. One side panel needs repaired (slats have come off). It needs a new cover. What I'm not sure of. I'm not sure of the brand of model. I have not plugged it in to verify working order. Asking $250 or any offer. I can deliver near Columbus, however, you (and 7 of your strong friends) will need to unload. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/hottub1.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/hottub2.jpg
  12. TV has been picked up. This can be deleted or locked.
  13. I liked both of those. They were both shot with my new 8-16mm lens.
  14. Thanks, I was playing with a new lens on some of them as well as using the wireless flashes in the middle of the day. Can you post your favorite shot or two?
  15. Photos are ready for download. I split them up. Total download is about 45MB. Thanks again. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0pa9ne3syitnekg/MZqkmc77pU http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/_DSC4553.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y11/junkaddress000/_DSC4555.jpg
  16. I can come up to take photos. I'll be downtown with my gear for a family event that ends at 4pm.
  17. Try a program called "Runtime GetDataBack" As long as the computer sees the card (doesn't need to have a drive letter) it likely can recovery it. This isn't a free app, but you can use a trial or search unnamed sites.
  18. I read on another forum about a guy removing 1 of the 2 shims between the pulley and clutch and fixing his. I did this yesterday morning and it has been working since. I suspect that the magnet is getting weak and moving the clutch about 1/32 to 1/64 of an inch closer makes it engage.
  19. The AC in my Civic works for 5-10 minutes, is nice and cold and then it cuts out. It appears that the compressor is stopping. I have done the following trouble shooting steps. Checked pressure with A/C gauges (when the compressor was running) After it stopped: Switched relay Confirmed 5V at pressure switch Jumped pressure switch Confirmed 12V at compressor At this point, I think that the compressor clutch is bad/failing. Does anyone have any other ideas or trouble shooting steps? Part appears to be: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_Air-Conditioning-Clutch-Factory-Air_18893322-P_385_R|GRPACPTAMS_____ Anyone want to PM me a quote to swap it out? TIA -Rich
  20. I was not in Ohio. Any Dodge dealer should be able to set it.
  21. The dist does set the fuel sync. After I put in a new cam and put the dist in the exact same spot as I took it out, it was +9 and causing back fires. I paid a dealer like $50 to set it to -4.
  22. Run it again and select the root of C. You'll find the folder that has the data.
  23. Did you only select the desktop folder or the entire C Drive?
