  2. It shows $200 for every bid because you can't bid against your self. (i.e. the bid didn't increase)
  3. In this case, the bidder has just increased his proxy bid...21 times.
  4. My house is a cool 78*...with the A/C off. This is mostly due to new windows, added attic insulation, and furnace fan on low 24/7. Oh and being surround by many many large shade trees.
  5. I donate photography services for these events when they come into Ohio.
  6. Hello, There is a charity fundraising ride with CHiPs star Erik Estrada on 9/27 in Dover, Ohio. A little info about the Safe Surfin' Foundation: "The Safe Surfin' Foundation provides Internet safety educational programs to schools and groups across the country." http://safesurfin.org This year Erik Estrada will be at the Adventure Harley Davidson at 1465 State Route 39 N.W. Dover, Ohio 44622 This is a link to the flyer for this event. http://safesurfin.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/dover_moose_ride.pdf There are usually a few hundred bikes who get a police escort for the ride. Hope to see some of you out there.
  7. I look at it as the cost of the camera is less than what my deductible would be.
  8. It is a branding of Mossy Oak where: Today’s Hunters United for Good (THUG): More than simply another TV show, the Turkey and Deer THUGS series is a salute and a helping hand to the soldiers who’ve been wounded while keeping our nation free. A portion of the licensing dollars generated by Deer and Turkey THUG merchandise goes to the Outdoor Recreation Heritage Fund, which helps our heroes get back to the outdoors and return to the traditions their sacrifices helped protect.
  9. New video (no audio). Driver cut over. Good thing I reacted quick on the brakes. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-ajR2p_TX17UzV2N3MxVFZkd1U/edit?usp=sharing
  10. I think I burned about 100 gal last year total. I'm not planning to get my tank topped off this year as I want to replace the Propane company owned tank with one that I buy and own. That way I can shop around each year and not be locked into a single company.
  11. ha, it does look that way, but the lane was clear when I changed. Was safer to change than stop and risk getting rear ended.
  12. There are quite a few different units out there. I found very few that included a rear camera.
  13. When this unit gets power (i.e. you start your car) it can be programmed to auto record. Then when it loses power (i.e. you shut your car off) it can be programmed to delay power off. (note, my unit power off almost immediately.)
  14. This is the one I'm using. Note though that I'm on my 2nd unit. I had some issues with the first one. The issues I had were as follows: 1: Video was cutting out and I didn't realize it. Formatting my memory card fixed that issue 2: Time stamp was randomly changing. I turned off the GPS auto update for the time 3: Unit would power down almost immediately after turning the car off despite the setting being at off. (can program 1, 2 or 5 min delay). I believe that the power supply is not strong enough to run the unit and charge the battery. (or they have really bad batteries). My new unit does the same thing. http://www.amazon.com/Arrival-E-Prance-1920-1080P-Camera/dp/B00CY9PFRI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1408129796&sr=8-2&keywords=e-prance This one also has the backup camera and a GPS which logs coordinates and other items such as speed. Ignore the "driver" software and use a program called Registrator Viewer found at http://www.registratorviewer.com/whatsnew_en.html
  15. I recently put a dash cam in my car. He is one of the videos which shows the car in front of me not paying attention to the brake lights of the car directly in front of him and sliding sideways to stop. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-ajR2p_TX17MHk2dDFXaVRzcW8/edit?usp=sharing (no audio) Have also caught other things like a Honda hatchback with a hot water tank sticking out of the back.
  16. I saw they got about 6" of rain on Monday. Doubt they'll fix the flooded cars before this coming weekend. I won't make it up this year as I'm photographing a wedding on Saturday.
  17. If I remember correctly, it will start on Friday and pretty much go all weekend.
  18. I have been up there several times, but not the past few years. It is awesome. I remember it being a 16mi cruise. Estimates are 1.5 million people and 40,000 cars http://www.woodwarddreamcruise.com

  20. It used to be restricted by county, but now it is state wide. http://www.agri.ohio.gov/eab/eabquarantine.aspx Link to map: http://www.agri.ohio.gov/public_docs/eab_maps/eab-map-quarantine.pdf
  21. Ash is good firewood. Sell it or give it away to a member. I'll come get the big logs if you are near SE columbus.
  22. I would suggest a bolt out first, should slip over the outside vs drilling the center and using the inside extractor. I wouldn't grind the head square as it wouldn't have enough strength left to withstand a wrench. You could do that, break the head off which would all the pulley to come off and then use a bolt out to remove what is left.
  23. I have two open racks. Dimensions are as follows: 24"T 19.5"W 18"D 36"T 19.5"W 18"D I can text pictures if you want. I have had a 1U server in the 3 foot rack before. -Rich
  24. It is possible. It's my buddy's truck and I haven't seen it with this issue yet. I'll check for that as well.
