you dont need a permit for a patio...i just had a 16x20 with a 10' circle for a fire pit off one corner poured this summer, no permits needed. but something else i just remembered...do check because even though your property goes up to X point, when we were looking to build a permanent shed at my parents, the city told us we had to build so far in from the property line...it couldnt be right on that line.
-
if you're doing it to store a jetski, why not pour it and call it a "patio"...i know when i was in gahanna, i couldnt put my boat out back on grass, so it had to sit in the driveway, which my parents werent thrilled with. yes, but i seriously LOL'd. regardless of the reason why he lives there.

thats not my opinion, that's me thinking your statement is a bit of BS. i cant imagine people who dont have insurance dont want it. now, if you want to actually follow up with your previous post and provide a credible source for your statistic that "only a small percentage of those people without healthcare, actually want healthcare", i'll stand corrected.

wasnt someone on here telling you about how to go about doing it yourself, with drilling a 2-3" hole on the stud and blowing in insulation? im sure it'd be a job for a couple people, but when i was looking at a couple things, bags of insulation was cheap and with so many bags, you can rent the machine for free.
-
i dont pay our gas bill, but the latest one was $93. i didnt think it was too bad being that it was so cold so many days last month and we keep it at 69 24/7

you have absolutely no insulation on your exterior walls?

you say that now, but i will tell you, a black interior SUCKS. really, black ANYTHING sucks. its too hard to keep clean and looking good. yes, it looks great once you clean it, but the next day, good luck. ive had 2 black cars, i refuse to get another. g/fs car has black/gray seats and black carpet...that carpet has not looked clean since the day she bought it. ive been in there with a shopvac with every type of attachment you can get, and the carpet still looks like theres flecks of white dirt everywhere. i also made the mistake of getting a black top stove when i bought my appliances for my house, again, mistake. all the e46's ive been looking at i love the black ones, but i have to keep telling myself no and reminding myself of all the black shit i wish i never bought.

i would think with it being in such a dumb place, its probably there for a reason...i could be wrong, but make sure you check before you go at it with a BFH.
-
sure thats dog piss? looks like a lot more than what an animal would piss and it would spread out after going through carpet and when you have them do your carpet on the stairs, make sure they dont cut corners and actually tuck the carpet and staple/nail/whatever it under the lip of each step. otherwise, it looks cheap...once i get my downstairs done and have them come back out to do the lower level, im going to tell them to redo my steps correctly. id do it myself, but if i tuck that little bit, its going to cut the last 8" or so short, and i dont have carpet to put there and that post in the middle of the front room looks like they couldn't have put it in a dumber place. lol. are you going to put like a shelf or something coming from either of the walls out to that post?

you wouldnt have happened to be pulling out by mcdonalds on cleveland ave by main st in westerville in 08, would you? lol i was going north on cleveland and got into the center turn lane to turn left, and the 2 right lanes of traffic had slowed/stopped to let someone out from the right side...this guy was trying to turn LEFT out of the parking lot to go south in rush hour traffic, with his truck AND a trailer being towed behind him. i had so little time to react, i only hit him from his front wheel forward. they cited him for it, and im still dealing with the insurance company 21 months later.

troof. my sisters kid should be born here in the next month-ish, and i already told her that one of the first words he is going to learn is yes sir/no sir/yes ma'am/no ma'am. and being that his dad wont be around, that leaves me and my 2 brothers as the main male influence. but i hate how kids act these days...i was in b-dubs a few weeks ago and kids running around, being noisy, bumping into people, myself included...i honestly told my mom a couple days later when i talked to her "you know mom, i really used to HATE it when you used to beat our asses in public when we were acting up, but i'm SOOOOO glad you did". she cracked up laughing. parents now need to go back in time about 20+ years and stop worrying about the kids feelings and teach them some discipline, respect, and good behavior.

thats about the size of my room (13x22) and i have my 60" projection LCD on the short wall, so i've got about a 9-10' viewing distance. if i could get a projector that was crystal clear on a 100+" screen (which im sure is possible, but more than what i want to spend), id turn the room back around 90 degrees and put it back to a 22' viewing distance.

i can't speak for others, but i can tell you, when i moved out of my parents house when i was 20, and insurance through my work was $80 biweekly (dental/vision was extra), i WISHED i could have done something to have insurance. making $10.02/hr or so, rent, utilities, car, car insurance, etc, that wasn't possible you cant even imagine how happy i was when i got to my new job making almost $2/hr more and medical/dental/extra life insurance was <$43/biweekly. and this year, i got even more extra life insurance (5x annual salary as opposed to 2x, since i have a house now), and its <$41/biweekly i dont know what kind of retarded person without healthcare would not want it. the last thing i want if i get sick is to get stuck with a fuckload of medical bills do you want health care? (just going off hal's post)
-
bingo...or at least thats the way it came off to me. if 98% (thats what i heard) of MA people are covered, what is there incentive to put someone in the senate that is going to vote for a NATIONAL health care bill, which isnt going to be any better than what they have, and they're going to have to pay higher taxes? really, it wouldnt benefit them.

i always give the wave if someone lets me out of a parking lot on a busy street, lets me merge in, etc. but what annoys me is when i give the wave, and i dont get one back, then i feel like they didn't see my wave, and i feel like they may be thinking im a bit of an asshole. hahah

i just checked my email, and last year it cost me $27.70 with tax to file. i may just sign up for a new account to save myself the $30.

Dark colored Integra that cut me off and brake checked me

i dont watch it regularly either...but being sick = being up all hours of the night = gotta find something to watch -
so i just looked into it, and according to turbotax, you can only upgrade your program, and you cant downgrade unless you register for a new account. for some reason i thought i did the free versions before but i guess i didnt. looks like it'll cost me ~$60 to file.

thats EXACTLY what i told my buddy too, but he claims its all stock...but with the guy doing IDPA style shooting, and there being nothing in the video claiming its stock, i dont know how he can claim that the gun is stock...im sure its been worked over quite a bit
-
saw this on mythbusters but didnt watch the whole episode
-
hm. maybe ill check on that version if it has everything i need. i know in the past ive used free version and payed $30 for state, but i figured i'd have to go up to the next one with all the home buying stuff, interest, stocks, etc.
-
yeah...my buddy showed this to me a month or so ago...claims that it can be done with any gun...tried it with my M&P 9c, not thinking it would work, and i was right from what i remember seeing online, it was a g35 (i think) and with the long slide and the amount of mass (as opposed to a smaller compact model), it makes it easier with the momentum going back. thats why i had to find the slo-mo version. pretty bad ass

i work with a guy thats 6'4 and 150lbs...THAT'S tall and lanky
