i'll call bullshit. when i was like 16 (and honestly, didn't know better), i was changing the oil in my car, took it to the sewer on the corner and dumped it down. i guess a passer by saw, called in, fire dept came out to investigate, as well as the chief of police (who lived up the road from us in hunters ridge)...just asked how much i dumped down there to see if it was something major that needed addressed, told me not to do it again, warned me of the dangers/fines/etc, and left.

i didn't have knee issues, but any time i have another issue or need an ortho, i'm gonna hit up kirk for a reccomendation again...he sent me to an ortho at cardinal when i smashed up my wrist last year, and i don't know if i could have gotten better treatment/care.

anyone get this? i've been having it for a couple weeks. not sure if its how im sleeping, chair at work, etc, but nothing really changed when it started. i get a pain towards the lower inside part of my shoulder blade in my back. seems to go away after the later part of the day, but still sucks in the morning. anyone know of a stretch or exercise i can do at home that might help with this? maybe someone else has had something similar?

Nationwide wouldnt just cut me a check to have cash and leave the car damaged since they were insuring the car...now, if I hit somebody, and their damages were estimated at $1000, my insurance would cut them a check because they don't care what happens to that car wether it gets fixed or not. I don't know if other insurance companies operate that way, but it doesn't seem like what my insurance company was telling me was unreasonable or out of the norm

I got mine from CLS Direct. Look at my kitchen remodel thread. All those + 2 unpictured 21" base cabinets i used to make an island. Soft close drawers, good construction...$2800 for everything, includin the cabinets i used to make a shallow pantry.

hmm...maybe i'll try to register through my brothers address...how much extra are the classes? i know a lot of them were included in the Y membership price when i was there.

anyone go? the website sucks, and I'm not finding much good information. I know it says westerville residents can get a membership for $230/yr. Anyone know if you can get this rate if you're in the westerville school district, but considered columbus mailing address? Do they have stuff like spin class, and if so, is that included in the price of the ultimate membership? anything else i should know? anything that sucks, anything thats awesome, etc? I let my Y membership expire in june and just spent more time cycling and getting my exercise that way, but now that winter is back, i need to have something to keep my activity up, but i refuse to pay $45+/mo for the Y.
