Just wanted to say thanks to everyone up there. Brothers car needed a simple brake job today, saved a few bucks on pads, got the rotors turned, and brother is happy with how the car feels now (i guess it was really bad before). Thanks again!

i will say, it does somewhat fuck with your head to hear your own voice echo'd that quickly. im on phones all day in a call center, and a couple times a week, i'll get someones line that as im talking, i can hear it coming back at me as im getting the next word out, and it does fuck with my mind...i get done speaking and think to myself "did what i just said make sense?" i always hate getting one of those lines and i cant figure out why it does it...its usually at random.

The way i see it, my tax dollars are going to be collected, and spent regardless. So if its going to towards a couple hundred bucks a year for birth control, or thousands of dollars a year to have some kid be on welfare because mom cant take care of it, ill go with the pills. Not to mention, it will drastically cut down on a number of abortions by keeping women who dont want to get pregnant from being pregnant in the first place...that should make those religous extremists happy.

with a 1/2 gal of jaeger, it was about right...we had a big mixing pitcher...it was like a pour spout if jaegerbombs all fucking night...put some double sandwich bagged ice in there to keep it cold without watering it down. i know what you mean tim...me and 4 friends drank a half gallon of jaeger and 16 cans of redbull on my 26th last year...i was fucking hammered til the next day afternoon..the next morning though, i woke up at this girls place i had been seeing, started to do the deed with her on top...all i felt was the drinks from the last night sloshing in my stomach...i had the pre-barf face going for a min and she looked at me like i was doing it towards her...had to explain i was still shitfaced and it wasnt her. Well, as long as i survive a wreck, im ok...been waiting for a reason to get rid of this car as before this, theres not really any major issues, i just hate the car, and being paid off, i dont see a reason to buy new just yet. On my beater car for a couple months, ive had a bad vibration when braking. I know its warping the rotor because ive been too lazy to replace the wheel bearings...it was really bad lately, but with a short drive to work, i didnt worry about it. it still drove Last week, parked it wed night. Thurs, flew to FL, so it sat til tues morning. Drive to work tues, no vibration at all...today, still nothing. What gives? Nothing was changed/fixed/touched while i was gone, but now all of a sudden its fine again. its just confusing as it was a fairly violent shaking while braking.

bought it from bicycle one in Gahanna. I'll be trying to do at least 3 centuries this year...i know i'll be riding Pelotonia 100 mile route on the Chase team, but i'll probably ride with a few friends of mine for the majority of the ride...im thinking if i can train enough, i just might sign up for the 2 day ride and do 80 the next day...we'll see though.

Figured I could get this started now...took a trip down to Venice, FL last thursday, stayed til monday. rented a road bike down there for $85 (weekly rate), took my pedals, saddle, they threw them on the bike for me, and off I went. I really wanted to get close to 300 miles in the 5 days, but I knew that was a really tall order, especially since I haven't ridden in ~3-4 months up here. First day, I did a 58 mile route (my mapmyride app didn't track the route for some reason...still kinda pissed as it was my longest route)...that was a mistake...I rode with the wind for the first 29 miles, and into it pretty much the whole way back. legs were super sore when I got done. Picked up my new ride a few weeks ago, a 2011 Cannondale CAAD8 6, Tiagra components, more than enough for my riding. It fits me (56cm vs old bike was 60cm), and its about 7-8lbs lighter than my old bike. If my work schedule stays as it is now, I'll be able to get out after work during the week, as well as most weekends (weather allowing), and be able to do 1500-2000 miles this year. 5 in march is younger of the class if he starts fall 2012. I have a june birthday and there were kids grade below me (never failed/repeated a grade) who were 6 months older than me...fuck graduating that far past 18...i graduated 10-11 days before i turned 18. And i love that the OP is worried about sports scolarships for a 5 year old...its like a real life version of the commercial where the kid is like 3 and dunks and the parents are saying they taught him how because college is too expensive to save for.

Any thin gun like that does. Its not a range gun past getting comfortable with it...it does a number between your thumb and pointer finger. I carry mine, if i ever need to use it, pain in my hand from a few shots would be last thing on my mind...going to put 100 holes in paper, different story.
