  1. All the channels use the highest ranking for broadcasts. CBS, Fox, BTN, ABC/ESPN.
  2. After reading the comments post-saturday, I think the scheme is not the issue. Personnel on the D-Line (lacking that true #2 pass rusher) and players getting too content with their talent and ignoring each other is what the problem is. There was one play where the DB's had not shifted like they were supposed to and you can see coaches on the sidelines yelling at them to shift and nothing happened.
  3. It's a comment posted on LandGrant HolyLand
  4. OSU vs Cal It is crazy to think that California is going to have no trouble beating Ohio State. This is not a guaranteed victory for California and they will need to take this game seriously. California will have to avoid looking past this game and focusing on USC the week after. I know that Jeff Tedford is 6-0 against Big10 teams since he came to Cal, but that does not mean that this is an automatic W, and California’s players cannot just assume that they will win every game against B1G opponents. A lot of California fans thought this would be a tougher non-conference test when it was originally scheduled, so it is probably a little disappointing for them that Ohio State is now a mediocre team coming off of a losing season. And although California has more former players in the NFL, one needs to remember that Ohio State has also produced a lot of pro talent. Besides, Ohio State might still be looking to avenge their 28-0 loss to California in the 1921 Rose Bowl. And I hope that California fans do not look down on Ohio State. Yes, California is one of the most highly regarded universities in the world, whereas hardly anyone outside of the U.S. has even heard of Ohio State. But I am sure that the fanbase in Berkeley does not think of this week’s opponent as just another state school from the Midwest. Ohio State is a very good university. I am sure that the California players will respect Ohio State just as much as any other opponent on their schedule. And this may surprise people, but California’s athletic program was actually ranked just below Ohio State’s, by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics: http://grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools/nacda/sports/directorscup/auto_pdf/2010-11/misc_non_event/finald12011.pdf (Note that this ranking does not include California’s national titles in men’s crew and men’s rugby) I do not expect this game to be over before halftime. Ohio State should be able to keep it close early on before eventually wearing down. And I do not expect California to run up the score because these teams play again next year in Berkeley.

  6. This is why you say you are having chest pains and need to go to the hospital. Avoid being held in a cell overnight.
  7. I think my problem was that the team just drove the ball straight down the field on you, you get your defense off the field, hence taking the 4th down rather than the penalty.
  8. Yeah, the only aggressive thing that I didn't like was taking the penalty on that 3rd down. One of those that the risk slightly outweighs the reward in that situation.
  9. I get the feeling that Fickell is being too conservative because he thinks it provides job security. I feel like Vrabel is a firey guy and just defends his BFF. I hope that's all it is and Urbs can just mentor him into having more confidence in himself/.
  10. Illinois not having Scheelhouse really fucked them over in a game I thought they could win. Their starting QB had 66 total yards :dumb:
  11. Well, glad no one came to water test it, the alt belt snapped in the middle of Buckeye this morning, taking out the PS belt with it. Had 8-9 people ignore me waving a distress flag, a guy in a bass boat telling me he would haul me to the swimming area to anchor (lol wtf?) and the Ranger taking 3 hours to call me back. Luckily I had a nice couple stop to haul me to the ramp. The boat is in Pickerington available to view and should be going to BlueWater for the belts and acid wash. If I don't get any interest in the next week or 2, I may just winterize it and store it for the winter. Oh, and I had to buy a new battery this morning. Has a 2 year transferable warranty at Buckeye Outdoors. 100% replacement year 1, 50% replacement year 2.
  12. B1G is something like 5-27 against the Pac12 on the West Coast in the regular season. Nebraska, Wisky and Illinois were more of a "yup" situation. Not to mention, Illinois has no starting QB
  13. Said the Pitt fan http://i.imgur.com/Ktv5w.png
  14. Go Pitt! http://i.imgur.com/3b91b.png
  15. His body of work is an average season and a bad season. Whoop-de-do
  16. Because this Miami Brohio team is a good team that will most likely win the MAC this year. (them or Ohio) Would probably whoop on Pitt. And is also not part of OSU's conference. Your analogy is stupid (mainly for the fact that Miami isn't in OSU's conference and OSU scheduled them AS a warm up game). Cincy played a fucking CONFERENCE game against Pitt, who LOST to an FCS team.
  17. Just giving you the facts and you keep trying to spin them.
  18. Yeah, you just keep defending shitty teams in the shitty Big East. It's making you look ridiculous. That was a bad play when he threw the ball away, everyone recognizes it but you. He spent way too much time, locked his eyes on one part of the field, and TRIPLE clutched before lofting it out of the endzone. The result? Halftime with 0 points from the 2 yard line. HORRIBLE for a Senior. He had a 124 last year. Barkley had a higher rating his freshman year, Braxton Miller had a better rating last year (and better rating than Sunseri has ever had). Sunseri isn't good. And getting the 6th most passing yards in Pitt history with 6.8 YPA isn't something to brag about either.
  19. His body of work? You mean his terrible YPA and bad TD:INT ratio as a starter? and as for the wide open WR, uh, Sunseri threw it out of bounds after TRIPLE clutching. It's not like the pocket collapsed and he got rid of it
  20. Sunseri was worse than bad. He was downright awful http://assets.sbnation.com/assets/1343229/pittlol.gif (what the Gif doesn't show is their #1 WR wide open on a slant to the bottom right of the screen) And "kinda like OSU playing Miami"? Huh? Miami of Brohio will probably have at most 2 losses this year. They would whoop Pitt.
  21. Pitt is probably one of the worst FBS teams this year. Nice practice game for UC
