I believe Fisher took over sometime late 2008, so I think they shut down operations in late 2007 early 2008. Update: Fischer signed the deal January 10 2008.

I would stay away from Centex. Now Fisher homes out of Cincy took over Centex's subdivisions and definitely upped the quality of build, so one of those wouldn't be bad. I would just never buy a Centex or Maronda. Honestly, a used Dominion is probably one of your better bets. Joshua homes is eh, but better than Centex or Maronda.

Has anyone had the Yuengling traditional lager in cans? It's pretty damn good and cheaper.

Centex no longer sells new builds in Ohio. They got chased out of town. That should tell you something. Maronda is crap M/I and Dominion are the best new builds for the $$ If you want a condo Lifestyles is the way to go. My dad used to be a major developer in Columbus. PM me with any questions.

Nah, they used to be HUGE in Germany before Du Hast came out over here. I was really into metal back then, and a friend of my dad's who lived in Germany 6 months out of the year brought me the cd Herzeleid. Orig. they were definitely different sounding, and weird. Now they are just weird and sound stupid in english.

Waahhhh... The CPD says they are doing a DUI checkpoint. They announce it on the news and so on. If you go that route you are giving the implied consent to be stopped. At that point, they will determine if there is probable to investigate further. It's simple.

It's because they post that they will be having a sobriety check point. In going the route that takes you through it, you have consented to being possibly stopped. Quite simple if you ask me.

If you look at the law, only the ones that specifically say "August 20 2009" went into effect that day. The rest go into effect Feb 10 2010. The Payment portion falls under the latter
