You run from the stop sign to the hill, perfect 1/4 mile on the dot. You put cars at each end after sweeping Lake of The Woods real quick, no way in or out for cops. It really used to be one of the biggest spots in Columbus. The little town of Harlem had about 7 drag racing teams in it in the mid 80's and they would be out there on weeknights running for big amounts of money. Back when my dad was in High School he said you would hear them running from about midnight till dawn. With the more housing developments you don't really hear people out there all that much anymore, but you hear about 4-5 races on a friday or saturday night still to this day

The only time it is correct tax planning to get money back (large amounts) is from credits.
