That's what the board says, but they can also offer comp time in return for working OT. Thing is, usually if you don't use it up within a certain amount of time, they just pay out. Yep. That is why working for the Feds is the best, you are always hourly and non-exempt. Plus they require core hours, and you can end up working overtime, and racking up credit hours and using them as time off

With no bonuses you even out at 2. If you may work overtime, you want to claim 1, just how it works. New Albany cops are actually the lowest paid on the Columbus area from what I have heard. The city doesn't like giving much money towards the police department. No wonder they are always pissy. When i had the mustang, I got pulled over for a loud exhaust.... with the stock exhaust. I was an asshole and told him he needed to "send the ticket to Ford Motor Company, in Detroit somewhere" He told me to "stay put and toss your keys on the ground outside of the car", then I realized he pulled me over in Columbus (NA had a problem of doing that on Central College road for a while. So I called the officer that did special duty for our apartment complex. He had Columbus dispatch an officer over to "take care of it" He talked to the NA cop for about 10 minutes, the NA cop left, and the Columbus cop apologized and let me go
