  1. Defintiely the goat, bucket is not a place to "just to get drink" way too expensive. We were just there Sunday with 10 of us, and everyone got 2 drinks, and the bar tab was way more expensive than the food bill... I may be in, I don't know
  2. Why don't you take your Trek bike to...gasp...the Trek store. They should do a basic tune up for free.
  3. I just need a set for myself. It will get like 3 loads a week....
  4. Damn, I was looking at getting a frigidaire washer and dryer combo. They are the only ones that look like they are worth what i can afford, and it seems frigidaire is shit
  5. even Cris Angel himself has admitted in interviews that what he does is illusions, not magic Why do you think the show is called "Mind Freak"? So calling it fake means nothing because even the man himself says it is fake
  6. I am going jet skiing on Buckeye Lake Wednesday with a hot lady... should be fun, her family owns a 5000 sq ft house on an inlet of the lake, and right across the inlet is their 2000 sq ft guest house.... Oh and Sunday I didn't really do much, just graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in Finance....oh ya also in Accounting
  7. Don't worry about it, that happens
  8. Yeah, my buddy has a Trek Session 7, but he does downhill and freeride. I hate riding it, and it is a $3500 bike
  9. If you are looking for a bike over $1,000 then go ahead and get a f/s (full suspension) bike. If you do not do downhill racing, massive stunts, or have a bad back, you should get a hardtail for the same price. You are going to get a much better bike
  10. I'm going to phase 1 tomorrow if anyone wants to go with me... I can go whenever.... the life of an unemployed college grad...haha also, get all your Alum Creek trail info on http://www.joinomba.org they run the trails Also, speaking of bike shops, I only shop at Trek. I also have 2 good friends who are the head techs there, so I also get any major work done there
  11. I do all their taxes and some accounting, that count? haha BTW, you wouldn't believe the amazing amount of money they bring in yearly. Those House of Japan restaurants are cash cows
  12. Breaking a rib is completely different than shattering an ankle and thinking you have to go 3 miles to get out. Also it's good if you break your bike so you don't have to walk it all the way out. I've seen many many accident's at Alum where you wouldn't be able to walk out. Also I was there when they found a guy half dead on the trail that wrecked his bike early in the morning and was by himself. He laid there for over an hour before anyone found him
  13. Make sure you pick up a map at the trailhead before you go. They have the trail emergency evacuation routes mapped out on them.
  14. Phase II is more technical, TripleThreat has no idea what he is talking about. It is only faster because the majority of the course goes downhill. But the downhills are much more technical. You need to learn how to choose your line before you ride phase II... Just a teaser pic of phase II http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p59/ThePackman/Mtb/DSCN0453.jpg
  15. I go all the time to Alum. I usually start out early in the season hot lapping around the beginner course across the street from phase I to get myself back into shape, then a few slower rides on phase I to get my legs under me, then it's go time for the season. This year though I jumped the gun and went out for the first ride of the season on Phase II. Lost control going down the big curvy downhill at the beginning of the course. Didn't have my brakes and everything set up correctly and locked up my front brake and went over the handlebars. I smashed face first right into a tree and broke 2 bones in my right hand. My hand has hurt too much to ride since then. I am hoping to get out there next week
  16. What are you smoking? Maybe if you take all the alternate routes. Phase II is the advanced course while phase I is the intermediate/entry level course.
  17. I have a 1 year old male, neutered, front declawed, black and white medium length hair cat that must go soon. I'm not allowed to have a cat and my landlord found out about him. He is very well tempered, likes to play, and very affectionate. He also has all his shots PM me or post for pics BTW, he is a large cat, not fat, but about 15 lbs
  18. Its always dark whenever i go by after 9. Their ice cream is good, but its more per scoop than graeters
  19. Maybe 9 felt late when you were a kid?
  20. Yeah, you should never get a large refund unless you have large credits, such as a tuition credit
  21. The firm I work for did the state taxes for my buddy for free, so we mailed them in, and he still hasn't got his return check
