  1. Chase has had a rough couple of games stats wise but his presence on the field is boosting everyone else. He is being double or triple teamed which opens lanes for other guys to make plays. It was a rough first half for both sides of the ball but I was happy to see that this team and coaching staff can make effective adjustments. Okudah being sidelined in the first half opened the secondary up to be exploited, with him back on the field the defense was solid. Lots of stuff to work on but I think this game showed this team has some grit which we haven't gotten to see this year. I am confident that it doesn't matter who we play next, we will be seeing LSU in the final.
  2. Didnt watch the game but the highlights looked laughable. PAC 12 may never get another team in the playoff.
  3. Kids were a contributing factor, the X3 was more fun to drive but the TT V8 in the X5 is an absolute beast of an engine.
  4. Looked hard at these as they are very nice. Needed more room so the wife ended up with a X5 50i. Really quick for the size of it though. Once we are done with the X5 it would be hard to pass this up or get the M50i X5.
  5. Lame. Mine just turned over 11k miles and has been rock solid. I really hate the SUV buying public. Guess my next work car will be whatever wagon is available in 6 years.
  6. My thinking as to why the picked the truck they did is that is the best selling version of the best selling truck? Not sure what the numbers breakdown is but it seems like a 2wd 2.7TT would be the top seller.
  7. Well Bama just lost so they are definitely out of it. Ohio State crushes Michigan and Bama loses! It must be Christmas!
  8. It would be a hard decision, LSU has played like they earn a spot. However, I have a hard time thinking the committee would put a 1 loss non-champion in over a 1 loss champion. Strangers things have happened though. I guess the mythical SEC "good" loss would play a factor though.
  9. If everyone in the top 4 handles business this week and next, 'Bama could be left out of the playoff and that would be glorious. I do not see them getting in over a 1 loss Conference Champion in Oklahoma or Utah. LSU and UGA will knock one or the other out in the SEC Championship, Clemson and OSU are a lock unless either lose their Championship games which is unlikely. So my prediction for the final rankings are: 1. OSU 2. LSU/UGA (Probably LSU though) 3. Clemson 4. Utah/Oklahoma 5. Utah/Oklahoma 6. 'Bama I think this committee will put more emphasis on Conference Champions than they have done in the past. Plus 'Bama's resume just isn't as strong.
  10. This is an awesome project. I love the C-10 Chevy and would love to build one some day!
  11. The whole thing is pure BS. I could see if he kept the money, didnt pay it back, or it was from a booster. The rules are the rules, but this ridiculous and the rules need to be reevaluated. Didn't a a Kentucky player do worse and take money from an agent and get one game. Get your shit together NCAA.
  12. Check Best Buy, they might give ya a few bucks for the trade in. Most times will give an in store credit that you can use to get something for your new phone like a case, screen protector, charger, ect.
  13. Call bullshit but this is reality. The machine was moved maybe 50 feet within the same room to make room for a new machine coming in, the machine had been plugged in and running fine for the previous 5 years. Our equipment was the only type of equipment in the room. There wasn't a new drop or outlet that it was being plugged into, it was essentially on the same panel as it was the previous 5 years. My contact signed off on our site prep check list that everything was ready for us to come in and complete the job in one day. There was more setup yes, about 5 minutes worth of making sure the connections in our controller were still correct, not something that would have had to of been done with this type of move. There were 2 electrical connections that needed to be made, one for the PC side which their IT had already taken care of before I arrived, and the controller. According to my contact the electrician was schedule to meet us when I arrived. Apparently this is not the first time a contractor has waited on him, and it had been a problem in the past. I can only speculate that he was hoping I would get frustrated and just plug it in myself so he could file a grievance. According to my contact, this is a common practice. He also said there isn't much they can do for recourse either due to union rules. GM is not the only place I have ran into these type of issues so to say it is all UAW would be unfair, but there are similar rules in place across different unions.
  14. Absolutely, Nick and Joey were arguably the best defensive ends to play for the Buckeyes. Chase Young has shown this year that he belongs in that discussion. He just doesn't seem to be getting the hype that the Bosa's got from the national media. Either way I hope the Buckeyes can continue to recruit stud DE's.
  15. My experience with how unions operate at GM, I was sent to GM Powertrain in Defiance to install and calibrate a machine they had moved. I needed the machine plugged into a 110v wall outlet in order to turn the machine on. I was not allowed to plug in the machine because of union rules. My company scheduled me 2 weeks out, they knew I was coming for 2 weeks. After 3 hours, someone finally came by and plugged the machine in for me. I asked what would happen had I plugged in the machine myself. I was told that if I did, the electrician could file a grievance against me (which would have been a certainty), and I would be walked out for the remainder of the day. The electrician would get paid their regular 8 hour shift, plus 8 more hours for the "work I was taking from them", all for plugging in a machine to a standard outlet. Yeah, unions can go fuck themselves.
  16. Buckeyes are playing like a #1 team. They are dominant on both sides of the ball as they should be at this stage in the season ("cupcake" teams). Every "challenge" they had so far in Indiana and Nebraska was handled in beatdown fashion. Our defense is nasty and not giving up the big plays like last year. Chase Young is a disruptive force, probably even better than the Bosa's were. Okudah is elite. Our offense is capable of running the score up with the best of them. Fields has the speed of Braxton and the accuracy of Haskins, a true dual threat QB. JK has really impressed me this year and Master Teague is going to be special. This is a complete team and I don't think anyone in the country really wants to play us.
  17. Always get what you want and be happy. I never use a sunroof so I was happy to find one without it. I drive 30-40k miles a year and mostly highway so adaptive cruise was a must. My first week with the car I put 1500 miles on it and I am loving it.
  18. https://www.holmanbuickgmc.com/VehicleDetails/new-2018-Buick-Regal_TourX-Essence_AWD-Batavia-OH/3284012743 Dealer I got mine from still has a few left. This one is optioned similar to mine. Similar price but they even went and found more rebates on top of the sales price, hence why mine was $26,9xx.
  19. I did a thing as well and found a 2018 Tour X Essence (top trim) for $26,900 (sticker was $40,400) has the options I wanted like radar cruise, and no sunroof. They are literally giving these things away so they probably will not be made for much longer, which is a shame because it truly is a great car. I tried the crossover SUV thing, it just isn't for me. I like the ride and handling of a car but I need more room than a sedan to haul my work equipment. In the 1200 miles I have already driven it, I am averaging 32 mpg. I love wagons!
  20. I briefly considered a CR-V as a commuter/work car, until I actually drove one. I had nothing going for it and the article posted above was spot on. As 2 Sweet said, CR-V, Cruze, and Prius drivers are the worst and seriously need their own highway system along with Semi's separate from the rest of us drivers.
  21. Owned a 2017 CTS V-sport and while it was a fun car to drive, this was the car that turned me off of GM's for life due to horrible service, shitty customer service, and completely unacceptable quality issues to the point that GM bought the car back under lemon law. For what it was, the car was quick, handled very well and was extremely comfortable. Being a 2017 it had the newer QUE which was far better than the previous generation of CUE. There is a lot of aftermarket for the ATS-V but that does not translate to the CTS V-sport. Only options were a trifecta tune and Corsa axleback. Limited production meant that companies did not want to touch making parts for the car and they concentrated on the ATS-V instead. People buying $72k V-Sports weren't modifying their cars. No intakes, no downpipes were available and the ATS-V parts didn't carry over since the attachment to the turbos were different and the exhaust was also different. If you want to modify it, you better know a good fabricator. Also, the general consensus was the factory intake flowed well enough that an aftermarket one was not necessary.
  22. Even with an 850 score no bank is loaning $43k+ on a 1990 Mustang. Must be wanting to pay his trailer off too.

    10 Years

Large part in why I do not celebrate St. Patricks day. Found a photo a few years ago with some real CR OG's with Kenny, Chris, Rick and myself. RIP Kenny.
  24. Source? All I see are unverified rumors. Would be awesome if true but Audi no longer sells wagons (A4 allroad is more more crossover than wagon), BMW and MB have greatly reduced the wagons they sell here. I dont see Audi bringing a high performance wagon over here because the US market doesnt buy them. I think we see a RSQ5 before we see a RS6 Avant. Would like to be wrong though.
