I was puting my 12T on my minibike after i saw that video... it actully spun it pretty well Ill put it on your gokart if you want... not hard. Things i found... You need to block off the oil outlet, fill it with oil, and then put a blank over the inlet. The turbo must be mounted sideways... it doesnt like to spin vertically. You need to cap the turbine inlet somehow so no exhaust gas can be lost... other than that you just bolt it on and pipe it up :burn:

Where can i find SS304 or SS321 1.75in OD pipe? Specificaly, 90deg bends, and/or T/L sections. I have to custom make a manifold for the Z24. Im about to order a BurnsStainless SS321 turbo collector like this one: http://burnsstainless.com/MergeCollectors/4-1_25ds_T3-b.jpg and I already ordered a SS304 exhaust flange... now i need the stuff that goes between them

I agree and disagree. Abouve 500cfm, 20psi is a pretty mean charge of air... one that not a whole lot of cars would appreciate for very long. But on a small 360cfm turbo, running 20psi is just seeing if your intake pipes can handel the pressure. The engine is just sucking down more fuel and laughing at how shitty your MPG is... it doesnt really care. Besides, youll lose a good bit of it with any kind of overlap you have.

well, first, those cars are ungodly heavy. Second, its a small 16G... its garbage. I ran 18psi in the Volvo on a 16T compressor housing and still ran in the 15's...mostly a fuel issue though... Me and Andy ran 18psi on an IHI small 16G in his EJ22T legacy and only grabbed a 14.4...that was stock other than a pressbent 2.5" catback... its a 3600lb car too. Lots of boost pressure doesnt mean lots of power.

Is it possible to spray alcohol and nitrous/fuel at the same time? Will they interact with eachother in a way that might cause them to not work properly? So let me get this strait.... Inside the island of the powerband, at WOT, the engine cant turn 6th gear any faster... then 5th... NOT A SINGLE RPM?... Because if this is true, out of the powerband, in order to drive in 6th... you have to use more throttle to turn it, than in 5th.... and this saves gas.... :thumbdown Perhaps they didnt go into 6th because they ran out of road... not because it couldnt go any faster :thumbup:

cars still accelerate in overdrive gears at the end of the video it says it was done near a Navy ship yard on like a 3mile long stretch.

i cant get it... i tried to measure everythign with a micrometer to see if itwas even possible... but it was so close that i figure 2% error could make it work. Its mathmatically plausable... i just cant get it to be possible lol.
