  1. http://www.mysx4.com/suzi/konig_theory_slvr_lg.jpg $37.50 each I'd prefer to sell the set $150. Make a great set for snow tires!! PM or email. tommygrant@gmail.com
  2. I have the same opinion about politicians and calling them liars. They're all liars, they're politicians. Politician-Liar: They are synonyms.
  3. Was thinking about something we all share in common....sitting on your ass on the computer. I do it all day long typically and I'm sure many of you do, but what kind of seat do you have? After a round of complaints to my "ergonomics" department, I was awarded with a Steelcase Leap http://cdn.www.steelcase.com/images/dyn/8134923aba97955d45a2d85d9a0d3c31.jpg
  4. Traitor!!! j/k It's just enjoyable to see the lengths people are going to, to try and convince another side. At least you agree with most of what I've said, I don't know if I could even say the same thing. People do make too many statements, and they don't ask enough questions.
  5. If you don't want to read it, don't click the fucking link.........that is all.
  6. That's why they need more money!!
  7. I must be the broke family Obama talks about in his commercials. We'll get $1768 back once the Messiah takes office. I'll consider it bribery at its finest.
  8. What it comes down to if you can't afford it, you don't deserve it.
  9. I honestly refuse to believe that they "can't save"......I do believe that they CHOOSE not to save. In light of this financial crisis and a majority of the people I know. People are living a pipe dream. If I couldn't afford to save 20% of my monthly income, I'd move to somewhere I could. It's sad that people don't think far in advance. I know that some honestly fall on hard luck, but too many fall onto stupidity and expect sympathy.
  10. It just seems somewhat ironic that folks have no problem, paying $300/month to the insurance company, but for some reason can't save $300/ month on their own. At least Bush is helping people use their money how they see fit.
  11. Gosh wouldn't Romney be the financial Messiah.
  12. Honestly it really depends on your "coverage. I have $2500 annual deductible, $5000 out of pocket annual limit. All of my preventative doctor visits are 100% paid for up to $1000 per year. I wish I had an HSA available because all of my money that I save for my medical expenses would not be taxed, but it's not offered for me. The HSA is just a special type of savings account for those who have higher deductible plans. http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/public-affairs/hsa/pdf/all-about-HSAs_072208.pdf Sounds like a lot of your issues are employer related and not HSA related. But for those who do visit the doctor more than average, I understand choosing the higher plan. But some folks go for what is visually simple, but not financially smart.
  13. What about the modbook http://www.axiotron.com/index.php?id=modbook If you've already got the iPhone, I'd probably say Macbook. Just a little more horsepower and a really nice solid design. I've got the old school, white macbook. Had it for a year so far, so far so good!!!
  14. I'm going with Cindy, she gots more $$
  15. Per the recent Supreme Court judgement(District of Columbia v. Heller), I doubt that could happen. Not saying its immpossible, just very unlikely.
  16. Agreed. I'd rather save my money than pay it to an insurance company. My wife and I both carry $5000 deductibles. Her employer provides $4800 of that deductible, mine provides $1000 that can accumulate if not used. On top of that I am saving $150/month for "just in case" medical expenses. I work for the insurance company, I know that 9 times out of 10, they win. You pay more than they pay.
  17. Sounds like you need a high deductible plan! Cost me $125/month vs my previous HMO which was $450/month. I'm a fat ass, but I quit smoking and no huge health risks at this time. Don't pay if you don't have to. If you can go HSA.
  18. Small business have a variety of ways of being defined. Whether it be by amount of employees, or types of industries. Some farms can gross over $7million, but their margin is razor thin, they might be able to bring home $60-70k per se. They still can be considered a small biz. Small business aren't only your mom and pop video stores that make 200k a year.
  19. Because of a thing called adverse selection. Once all of these high risk people start to go to the gov't for insurance this "pool" is going to cost a lot of money. Remember these people pay for their own coverage. Additionally, many "big business" health insurance policies are very competitive with what the federales provide. So why.... 1.) It'll cost more 2.) It won't be as good of coverage
  20. Well, so far Obama is giving his big pole to McCain. McCain can't get his pole up....Viagra & Cialis be damned.
  21. Yea, I think John has spent to much time on why Barack is not the "right" candidate and not enought time displaying PRINCIPLES. I don't think McCain is leaning on his personal principles, I think that he's relying on what the party has made him lean on. What makes him the republican candidate, makes him a bad presidential candidate.
  22. By offering a $5000 tax credit for those who have their own health insurance. FTW.......
  23. Yea, man that's crazy. Hope everything works out.
  24. I mean, aren't there too many rich people in this country already? They have an unfair advantage and "I" deserve more chance. It's equivalent to a handicap in golf. It's time that someone actually help ME out. All rich people do is put me low and keep me lower. I can't get out of this hole I'm in on my own, I need the government's help. What's wrong about getting help from the government. Socialism isn't that bad. Freedom is over-rated and it's about time this country got that straight. (I'm providing the idiots's response)
