Car got stuck in 4th Sat. during a hard 3-4 power shift, and didn't come out of gear for about 20 min.--I finally got it out of gear, but now I'm down to 1st,2nd,3rd, and 6th. I think I bent a shifter fork pretty good.

Mekkahfire, maturity unfortunatly is not a strong suite for some of these people on this board, but myself having worked for AAA for 7 years in their ERS dept. the towing company in question is indeed liable for your damages, the witnesses' you have are going to be a large help, good luck.
