I have an 05 Chevy Equinox LT (fwd) Silver/Grey with many options: Leather (heated seats), Power Sunroof, XM, On-Star, CD Changer in dash, Steering wheel radio controls, Alloy Wheels... I think it is fully loaded, but only a FWD. It is a very nice vehicle. A few small blemishes, but overall a 9+ out of 10. *Small chip in windshield - repaired and not in line of sight, door ding on pass, rear door, small crack in front bumper cover - 2". Mileage is 81k. Clear title in hand. Need to sell ASAP. Taking it to CarMax tomorrow to see what I can get for it. Edmunds trade-in value is listed at $8204 with a private party sale price of $10.076. KBB is fair cond: $9680 and Good cond: $10,455 for private party sales. Need to get $7400 out of this and can't take any less than that. Any interest? Will try to get pics tonight if I can. And you need to make sure the $50 bonus is still there. I've had my card for a little over a year and went to collect my 4th $250 check to find they changed my account to not have that 'bonus' anymore. Can't blame them - I carry a 0 balance - paying off the balance every month. They never make a dime off me and just pay me rewards for using their $$ until the bill comes.

U-Turns are allowed / not allowed city to city. Columbus is a no u-turn allowed city. 161 and Strawberry Farms has a lane and a light for u-turns installed because you can't merge from the 270sb to 161wb exit to the left turn lane. You go past the enterance and do a u-turn at the light.

And don't forget that when leasing, the vehicle has a set value at a future date. I lease my tow vehicles and use the crap out of them. Turn them in and walk away. They are just about all used up after 4 years of towing and worth WAY less than the residual. The latest lease I have is an 06 Silverado - Goes back in March and isn't worth 1/2 of the residual value. I paid way less for it than I would have to buy and the value is way lower than it should be since the truck market tanked... The last one I turned in was a suburban and it was 74,992 miles of HARD life when I turned it in. The residual was crazy high and my payments were that of an accord to lease it. ($40k+ truck for $20k car payment) Leasing works great for me. I'm happy with how I 'play' the system and am not spending crazy money on a car payment. (Also have $0 CC or other debt - Just a house payment and one car lease. Own all my other cars and trailers)

Sold my pair of tix. to the game for $1k. Took about 30 seconds to find a buyer at that price. Its not like $1k is a lot of money - If you want to be at the game and have good seats it is worth it. The market sets the price.
