  1. Talk to Chad at Central Automotive on Central Ave in Delaware. Have had good luck with them so far.
  2. Greg, PM sent, get ahold of me sometime after 11ish tomorrow, Ill be around.
  3. Especially drives from companies that are now out of business!
  4. Yes you can. Bring the boat up to my shop sometime, can put different (more efficcient housings) in, along with different impellors. We have also done nitrous installs on Sea Doo jet ski's before. That Scarab is a nice boat, I do the work to it, it runs 73 on radar, I rode on it for the Cumberland Poker Run. We do most of the performance boat work in town. http://www.TotalMarinePerformance.com Tommy
  5. I only run Alisyn oil in drives. NEVER had an oil related failure yet. Go for the type 3. Made in Columbus too! I do stock it, have it in quart bottles and gallon jugs.
  6. Check free classifieds..... Like in the door area of grocery stores. No one is going to spend 150 to try and sell a car for 500.
  7. Had some done a while back, and it yellowed. Was very hard to see it was there until it yellowed.
  8. One thing to look at- The people who DO stand up for your shop are the people with the fast cars. Most of the fast street cars in town were built by you guys. When someone who bad mouths you can build something faster AND more reliable, then they can post about how IPS "sucks." I deal with the same bs you do every day. When someone else does it better, they can tell people they are faster. Hasn't happened yet.
  9. And the charge is significantly less for a resident of Delaware County. If you "forget your license," all they ask for is your address.....
  10. several hundred equals how many? Two hundred? Nine hundred?
  11. Standard piece of paper?
  12. A lot of companies (Cigarette, Outerlimits, MTI) are doing kevar or carbon fiber reinforced hulls. Nothing new. Very pricey. I was in Tennesse a few weeks ago for the offshore races, talked to Randy Scism of MTI, the 42' catamaran model un-rigged (No engines/drives/wiring) is 260k.
  13. Next to impossible. There is a reason they are out of business.
  14. And the big earth quake is going to hit California tomorrow!
  15. Eric, ever sail with Joe McHenry from Dublin? He is some big time blow boater here, was told it is actually fun in a boat with him. Went on a (I think) 21 Catalina a few years back, way too boring.
  16. Columbus city ordinance passed a few months ago makes blue illegal. Have seen the ticket, and it holds in court. Have a nice day.
  17. Parts off of my 92, I believe these will work on all 89-92's. Hitch - Class 3, Installed in mid december, Rated for 6500 or 8500 lb, I can't remember which. Also have the light mate, my dealer cost on this (what I paid) was over $120. $60. Toneau cover- Decent shape, not perfect, has all you need for it, snaps on, $20. Pick up at shop in Radnor (North of Delaware) or I can bring home (10 min north of Polaris). No dibs bull shit. Send a PM and make arrangments to pick up.
  18. Just go to Segels on Sinclair and buy new stuff. Might spend a hundred bucks on some decent primer. Afterall, you have to go there to buy the activator anyway.
  19. C4's on juice are fun..... Not sure on your rear end gears, my 3.09's would wind out way to fast. I can't remember what ratio we ended up with. Run it with the WOT switch, and the fuel pressure safety, as long as you don't run stupid amounts, the car will live forever.
  20. Sorry it took so long to get back, gone now, someone showed up very quickly after this was posted.
  21. Burgandy, has the 2.9 V6 and 5 spd, 72k miles, body is all there except hood/grill/front light frames, missing most of the dash pieces, if you get come get it this weekend, I will give you the go ahead to strip what you need out of my other ranger (all parts are there). Want it gone ASAP, come with a car hauler, I will not let you borrow mine. Just got done digging the notarized title out of the fire proof. Truck is north of Delaware.
  22. A pain in the ass, just got some done, was around $120 a wheel, look great. Polish and new clear coat, will find the number for you.
  23. Never had a problem with the advance.....Use it in daily cars. Amsoil gear lube on the other hand sucks, didn't feel ballsy enough to try their engine oil after that.
