That's what I was told. The tranny builder that went through it said he couldn't keep enough of them to sell. He said he has sold them for 1k a piece. AKA someone buy it. All tolerances are in spec.

Damn how much has Columbus received so far? I'm in Lima till Thurs. and I haven't seen anything, yet.
  8. I go there now. I learned about valve springs and retainers for 5 hours today. Great fun..
  9. Anybody here know anything about this? I see people doing this off of rt. 33 on my way to and from Lima every week. I was behind someone with one on their trailer when I was leaving my parents place on Indian Lake today. I am definitely thinking about building one of these for my next project. My Uncle built a biplane over the last 14 years and took me up as his first passenger and it was like nothing else. I have been looking for a cheap way to get in to flying and this seems like the easiest/cheapest way. Any input? http://www.paratoys.com/
  10. some how I got a 36.85?
  11. The reason thos parts are missing is the guy supposedly lost them when he was moving. I'm guessing he just ebayed the bigger parts. My friend Aaron bought it from Joel. He was going to finish it but he ended up moving to Arizona and didn't have time for it. He had it running on the generic wiring harness before he started to strip it. I do have the intake manifold for it as well as the AC lines.
  12. $2500 2000 Audi A4 5spd. The car is a FWD 1.8t. It needs about $800-1k in parts from what I've gathered. Clean Title. 85k miles. The oil inlet line on the turbo came loose and caught on fire, burning the ignition harness and the plastic engine cover. It needs a turbo, ignition harness, battery, ecu, downpipe, passenger wiper cowl, and some misc. trim pieces in the interior. All the parts together totaled $800-1k depending on where you source the parts from. There are a few dents on the passenger side but nothing major. The car is located in Worthington. I may be interested in trades. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/HPIM0203.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/HPIM0208.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/HPIM0209.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/HPIM0218.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/IMAGE_00026.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/supra95spd/IMAGE_00028.jpg
  13. I paid 1200 for my 90' CBR600F1 with 18k on the ODO 4 years ago if that gives you an idea. It ran great for the 1-2 years I owned it then I sold it for 2k.
  14. Thanks I'll check that out
  15. I just picked up a Lincoln Precision TIG 225 on Friday and wanted to know where the best place to pick up an argon tank is. I checked Central Ohio Welding CO. and they wanted 285 for a 125CF tank filled. Apparently the prices went up on the 2nd of the month. I know it's possible for larger consumers to put a deposit on the tanks while they use them and then just return them whenever they are done..I think...But do companies such as Praxair and Airgas do such a thing with people looking for just a single tank? Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Nick
  16. I am waiting for my brother to respond with what he wants for the Corvette. The ad will be updated when I get a price. I'm gonna guess ~6500 but don't hold me to it. Thanks.
