  1. I've been doing some reading and I guess maybe it's not the heating element since it does feel hot inside? Maybe I just need to rip it all apart and clean it? No idea. LoL.
  2. My wife and I are looking to upgrade our washer/dryer this tax season, but unfortunately our 7 year old dryer has stopped working efficiently. It took me 2 hours to dry a medium sized load of laundry tonight, with only 1 pair of jeans. Cleaned out lint from drum and back exhaust. . still taking too long to dry. I assume heating element, but I know nothing about this shit. With all that said, does anyone know of a reputable/reliable mobile appliance repair person who doesn't charge an arm and a leg? Like I said we're going to buy a new set in a couple of months so I'm not wanting to dump a ton of money into fixing this one if at all possible. I've seen some people posting their services on craigslist. . . but I've been burnt more than once on there and would prefer a referral from someone on here Thanks guys!
  3. I have a guitar that I used with it. . . but I play guitar so it is not included, and I had no reason to buy the guitar bundle of the game because of this.
  4. LoL, thanks. This is an OBO. I just tried to average out going rate for this kind of package.
  5. Hey all. My wife and I are trying to get rid of our 2008 Grand Caravan SXT. Still owe probably 5K more than trade value and so we're looking at maybe getting in on a 0% APR deal or some major rebates to help soak some of that negative equity up. So are any of you car sales people or know of any great deals right now? We're leaning towards the 2012 Chrysler 200 Sedan (family vehicle) but not sure on anything yet. Alternatively would this be something we should try to do a private sale on to see if we can alleviate some more of that negative equity? Can't make up my mind. . . any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!
  6. My wife and I are considering using the Columbia Gas budget plan to even out winter/summer gas price and was wondering if any of you were on this and if it was really worth it?
  7. Sorry guys, I guess the wife wants me to keep it for sentimental reasons.
  8. Edit: I guess my wife wants me to keep the 870 because her father got it for me and he isn't long for this world. I didn't think about her not wanting me to sell it, but I guess she's the boss. Sorry guys.
  9. Hey all, long time no see. So my wife and I just purchased a home with an underground irrigation system. We have never had one of these before and was told we need to get it winterized within the coming month or so. I was also told I could save a lot by just doing it myself....so my question is what is the easiest way to tackle this? I don't have an air compressor anymore, so I'm assuming I'm SoL on doing it myself. If I did pay someone to do it, anyone have a good reference? Anyone close to South Bloomfield wanna come help (aka do it) for some beer and a handshake? =) Thanks all!
  10. While I'm thinking of it. . does anyone happen to have any opinion or information regarding Westport Homes as a builder? I can't seem to find a lot about them online and how they stand in regards to quality (or lack thereof) versus other builders in the area.
  11. Thanks Luke, I'll shoot him a call as well!
  12. Thanks for the recommendation LJ, I dropped him a message. And I agree Rick, it's a small investment for the peace of mind. . . but I'd rather go with someone I can get a good referral on from here than someone who could potentially just have an agreement with a certain inspector regardless of quality of service.
  13. Hey all! I'm moving back to the civilized world! After living in Jackson for a year out in the woods with no internet but our phones . . .my wife and I have gone into contract on a home in Ashville, Oh in a great little Westport built subdivision. We have 10 days to find a decent inspector and was hoping someone on here could either refer me or perhaps was an inspector. The agent is of course recommending a few, but they seem a bit high dollar and I'd prefer to exhaust my own resources before going with people they work directly with. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
  14. Have no fear, watch it again at 11
  15. Lets get lunch sometime Ant. Ya we lived in that house you painted for about 6 months then moved.
  16. I'm also a fan of GoSMS Pro, once you tweek it and get a more bland theme, I find it to be quite decent. A big upgrade for me over the stock motorola atrix 2 text system. Also slideIT pro is a great keyboard.
  17. Got some spare time, would like to get back into doing some gaming with the Cr peeps again. . . . anyone got a 360 slim for sale? Would really like it to be the slim version with built-in wi-fi but lemme know whatcha got.
  18. LoL, I must dig into the archives apparently.
  19. LoL. I wouldn't doubt it being Ashville. It's kind of like living in the backwoods of Columbus. . . very strange people. Although quiet and nice in it's own way.
