My WRX didn't sound awful and the SRT4 sounded ok, too. It all depends on what you're working with. If that was Sam's car I would believe it is all business. When I got my dealer's license about 5 years ago the laws were getting stricter and you had to have a physical location. I rented a building in Croton and had to make a gravel lot. Was a lot of work to get it... Never renewed it after the second year so I don't know currently what the deal is.
