This. What kind of power are you seeking? It never hurts to start with a turbocharged design, but any badass NA motor can make a hell of a turbo motor.

Hi Folks, We have a decent amount of gear heads here that haven't seen the good stuff from Columbus. I'm more then willing to send out a geek stick or small HDD to anyone who's willing to send it to my local address in the states (saves you from having to send it to APO/customs/etc) So, I ask, is there any on here that has a collections of racing vids? How do the racecarrrr specs stack up? weight balance? curb weight comparison? Lots of power in a decently designed little roadster doesn't sound like that bad of an idea??

Dead time decreases with an increase of voltage and is generally semi-linear in nature (for a given fuel pressure) You'll spend more time adjusting this when working on starting area of the calibration.

There is nothing more valuable to ANYONE in the line of fire then personal safety. I've told my guys here I don't care if I have to write up paperwork on a full combat load and why it was fired, if they saw it true, I stand behind them. Any LE/Military service member knows to look for intent, e.g. if we are searching for you -- you don't come out of the woodwork with your weapon pointed at us -- you are treated the same way as a threat, ROE and equal force are applied. Shame it happened, regardless of fault, but keep in mind -- we have a job to do, and we want nothing more than to charlie mike and return home to our loved ones.

A serious flaw in my design was encouter during testing. The button to start/stop recording is on the rear of the unit, and is sensitive to pressure. Any movement would stop recording and start it again. So... We have lots of water bottles (and caps), lots of people who smoke (and whom have lighters), and my trusty knife... http://i51.tinypic.com/rsxzfc.jpg I was able to score the ring with my knife, and get a good melt to the camera. Worked out better then expected, even caught fire for a few seconds, shit still works. :dumb:

So I've been looking for ways to get some decent vid when we are out of the wire, turns out the BestBuy near us had an open box Kodac Play Sport 1080 cam open box for half off. Decided to pick it up but had to come up with a way to mount it (somewhere) on myself.
