  1. Plt Sgt's caddy is being a pile of sheit. Everything goes dead and resets when you hit the start button, starter clicks once. I jumped the starter relay, car turns over just fine but we are tripping the theft deterrent system and no fuel is being injected. Wondering if there's any quick fixes or bypasses... CPT PUSNIK
  2. The FIC is a decent product but has no temperature compensation. By the numbers a 20 deg temp change can throw off AFR by a full point. We used a temp sensor wired to the MAF input and adjusted the fueling chart accordingly.
  3. I was a big fan of BF2, looks like the third is ready to drop this fall. http://www.ea.com/battlefield3/videos/bf3-teaser
  4. +1, I have them (and USAA, and some credit unions) and have never had any real problems. I keep a close watch on my account and any problems I've had - they've quickly fixed.
  5. Mike, hope your surgery goes well. If you need any help, feel free to call, send smoke signal, etc.
  6. Check with Brandon @ IPS - I think he has a 6367 or somethign like that in T3.
  7. You do realize that he works EOD, for the Marines.
  8. Megasquirt is very open and well documented. Might try giving it a shot yourself.
  9. I just watched the first episode of the new season...lots of kudos to the boys for driving through the middle east.

  11. Konus M30, Leupold, Nikon - good stuff.
  12. An alternative would be to get an off the shelf shoe and see a podiatrist to have an insert made. I've logged about 640 miles on the same inserts - still feels great. I have extremely high arches.
  13. Adam, you can have mine.
  14. Bosch's tend to fail quicker, but are cheap. NTK's (the sensor) are very resistant to failure, but not immune -- but $$$$. General rule of tumb: if you are looking through the exhaust pipe, the mounting point should be placed between 10 o`clock and 2 o`clock, mainly to avoid condensatation. Evac would defintely skew readings, keep it as far upstream as possible.
  15. Carefull, most sensors have a max operating temp. The Bosch sensors are around 1000*F. LSU 4.2 Spec Sheat
  16. NGK has one of the best controllers, considering their parent brand, ECM makes lab grade equpiement. FJO isn't far off the mark either, they make very rugged and reliable units.
  17. FJO or NGK's AFX. FJO should still have their data bus which allows you to link both units.
