You don't need an 01/03 to carry around a suppressed weapon. Just a tax stamp. Shooting someone with a suppressed weapon is asking for trouble, though.

I leveled about 7-8 of those bastards with my G23 back in July. That was with Blazer Brass FMJs. Also, I said when I left, that if I ever get the opportunity to do that again, I'll be taking my AK47. The sand wreaked havoc on everything else (except for my Glock). Diseases and crossbreeding from non-native animals = bad for the natives. I don't have a problem with him shooting it to get it out of the gene pool in this area. What I have a problem with is him shooting it without identifying it first.
